Such an easy pick if you're staying in the hotel, but it has a local following too as we discovered when we were looking at the streetside posted menu and a local stopped to ask if we needed translation help. She said it's a favorite...of hers and her recommendation was spot on. A delicious light pumpkin soup to start and following our shared meal and dessert some miniature dessert bites were brought that were stand outs. Would definitely do dinner here again.More

Probably the first time that I dined at a restaurant, had a 5 course lunch....and there was absolutely nothing I wished they had done differently. Absolutely amazing food! Period.

Visited this restaurant with a small group recently, the service was very efficient and the food excellent. Rabbit with crispy greens as a starter was a new dish for me - very tasty. The ravioli was even better and that's how the meal continued.

Given shelter on a rainy night and the finest meal of a 2 week trip to Piedmont. Food and service outstanding

Recently stayed at Antiche Mura Hotel and enjoyed a lovely dining experience at their neighbouring restaurant. Enjoyed lots of seafood dishes and of course, the bread sticks! After 4 exceptional courses and several glasses of well-paired wine, I will certainly return in the future.

The meal we had this evening( Saturday 2nd July) was superb. From appetiser to sweet there is nothing negative I can say. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive without being stuffy. This restaurant is a must for anyone visiting this beautiful old town. We...are real foodies and would have no hesitation in making negative comments if there were any. All I can say is, if you miss this place you are missing a real treat! It was just two of us but had it been the whole family I know it would have been just as good. There were children in the restaurant who were catered for with care and patience.More

We had lunch at a number of restaurants in smallish Piedmont towns and this was undoubtedly the best. The welcome and then the professionalism of the service was outstanding......it was warm, friendly and wanting to please. All the food is a notch up from traditional...fare, although based on local and regional specialities. We had the rabbit salad with crunchy vegetables and raspberry vinegar.....superb. Then onto beef ravioli with oodles of butter and sage and then baked pork with caramelized apples. Finally a local nougat based desert. The wine too was excellent and I got quite a taste for the local white Arneis from this region, which is perfect for lunch as it is deep but light and un-oaked but silky. This is an excellent local restaurant and I would have no hesitation in visiting again, if I have the good fortune to return to wonderful Saluzzo.More

Outside a wonderful gazebo where you can stay under the sun eating amazing typical food. Almost on the top of Saluzzo, near the castle

We had a four course meal and enjoyed every course. Goats cheese tart for starter was hot and very good, chestnut risotto really tasty, veal was tender and delicious, chocolate cake was scrumptious! Restaurant itself was spotlessly clean,(as is the hotel too) warm and bright,...staff very attentive. We had a lovely meal thank you!More

My 5th visit to the restaurant. Excellent food, lovely staff and excellent wine recommendation. Definitely one of my favourites whilst in Italy and looking forward to being back next week
