Loved the view of course of the mountain side villages but the food was superb. They had an amazing gluten free lasagna type dish and everything on the menu we tried was excellent, including desert. Service by the family was friendly and helpful.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Firstly, it has no menu which I like. All you have to do is sit down and the food and wine keeps coming for hours. The views are the best thing about this restaurant and...More

We were visiting Positano for our honeymoon and 3 different couples highly recommended this restaurant and for good reason. No menus, you get what “momma” cooks and are served by her sons and nephews. The atmosphere is tremendous overlooking the water on a cliff but...More

The farm to table food just kept coming and coming. This is well worth the drive up the mountain coastline. The family style food cooked by Nona is literally harvested on the property and the pasta is to die for. Very reasonable and didn’t feel...More

What a great night. Beautiful food and top service. Sorry we didn't go in daylight to see the view. Shuttle up and back from hotel. Fantastic.

This was perhaps the highlight of our trip to Positano. The food was wonderful. And the view was stunning. We went for lunch because, since it is a farm, I wanted to see the gardens and the animals on the terraces below and wasn’t sure...More

La Tagliata is a phenomenal experience. If you are fortunate to visit Positano you must visit this establishment. The experience of field to table is less than 100 feet. Oh and the view will last a life time.

Sorry I dont know either - we went end of July/beginning of August. I had heard that Positano does tend to 'close' over the winter months but not sure about October.
