I ve been travelling,enjoying hallydays for years in Marina di Massa, the opening of Pandolce, downtown near the seaside strip, was kind of an event for who enjoys post breakfast coffee, with a piece of sweat and unusual pastry...
First of all the coffee is exquisite,full of strong flavour without any touch of bitterness...You can enjoy it black or mixed with hot or cold foamy milk..
But fortunately in Marina di Massa you can find. Good pastry it s another world. Pandolce prepares its pastries right under your eyes, croissant are among the best I ever taste. From empty to cream filled ones,without forgetting one of the kind a black, rather dark grey croissant elaborated with whole grain wheat flour. They taste much more better than they look...delicious.
Prices are pretty fair and the staff,only counter service, very nice despite the hive rush hour atmosphere.
Nice products, nice place and prices, sure one of the places to be on the lungo mare area for a quick coffee break.

We randomly entered this pastry shop, in a bit of a hurry because we were travelling. The smile and the welcome were on par with the things we consumed: excellent!!! The stop was extended because the kind pastry chef let us taste his excellent cream puffs and presented us with another exquisite product of his creation. In the end we took home a tray of cream puffs (I don't know how they lasted the whole trip!) and the memory of a unique, true and sincere encounter. We will definitely return, more calmly, to discover other delights. Thank you with all my heart!

Proposal of excellent quality, the result of technical knowledge and research into the remarkable product.
