Tuesday evening I returned to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and I found the usual nice welcome from the owner Maurizio and all the staff. We enjoyed an excellent starter mixed sea with tastings, delicious fish ravioli and a tasty and fresh sea bass with potatoes and grilled vegetables all with an excellent sparkling white recommended by the owner. For dessert the fabulous pistachio semifreddo, all at a very fair price considering the quality of the products. As soon as I have the opportunity I will definitely return to savor other delicacies. Recommendation this restaurant for the excellent quality of the well-cooked product. Ubaldina.

Absolutely nothing to say about the cuisine, excellent mussel soup and probably the best sea bream I've ever eaten. Very nice place and in a fairly quiet area. Very courteous staff. The only flaw was that the wait for the dishes was really long and people who arrived later and, unlike us, without a reservation were served before us.

At Maurizio al Farfarello we don't joke and so every time we return to the area we want to treat ourselves well. The seafood cuisine is delicious and refined albeit with traditional dishes. The environment is convivial and intimate (in the cold seasons the place welcomes you and refreshes you like few others) and Maurizio, with his friendliness, courtesy and experience, is a perfect host who is always attentive so that the customer doesn't lack for anything. It is no coincidence that the place has now had a decades-long existence in Marina di Massa. The quality and workmanship of the dishes is impeccable, so having said all this we highly recommend a visit to Farfarello!

We frequent this place in the center of Marina di Massa for several years and we can ensure excellence in food and professionalism of the staff that is always attentive, kind and helpful. The only flaw (if you want to call it that) is the little variation of the dishes on the menu: there are in fact some best sellers such as spicy tagliolini, which should not be absolutely eliminated, but it would be nice to find some newly created dish that teases (further) the palate of loyal customers.

The restaurant is located approximately 300 meters from the seafront.
My brother and I ate dishes that were definitely appreciated, especially the first courses.
The service was good (maybe a little slow).

We were eating twice in this place, both times we got a table even without Reservation.
The map extensive and something for every taste 👍.
We had carpaccio from beef, branzino and as dessert millefoglie- fantastic from start to finish!

This quaint little restaurant sits in the center of town where you can enjoy your evening excursion. The staff is friendly and the Spaghetti alle Vongole is nice. The tiramisù is homemade (as stated by the staff) and it is very good.

Assorted seafood appetizer consists mostly of salad. There are 4 - four! - mussels and some seafood as well.
The service is also far from perfect.
Definately wouldn't recommend this place.

Was ar this restaurant for dinner. It is a small cosy restaurant, the restaurateur is very kind and prompt to accept iur jokes. He gave us the most spacius table able to sit six people even if we were only two. Service was perfect and food delicious, wine list a bit limited but the bottle he suggested was really good. Not to miss if you are in town.

We ate pasta, which was ok but not what we are expecting from such a higher priced restaurant. The pasta which eggplant and gambas swam in tomato sauce. The ravioli with fish did not taste like homemade. The Service was ok but not excellent.

Family of three adults ate here. Excellent service from all the staff. Wonderful food. A bit expensive, but with such good service it was absolutely worth it. We stayed for 5 days in Massa, and ate dinner (3 courses) at this restaurant twice. Lovely food and service both times. The head waiter rememberd us, and what we liked to drink. I will strongly recommend this restaurant. We had both seafood and meats, and all was very nice. Staff full of authentic charme - really Italian.

Grilled fish plate with only 2 small of grilled fish and the rest is filled out with Gambas and salat.
In general, far too expensive for Italia. Restaurant is nice. Toilett is a catastrophe!
