My second visit to La Peniche, this time with family.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, eat great food served with style and panache, drank good wine and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived and were sad to leave, much fuller than when we arrived - a special thank you to the two ladies who served us.
Decorated in a eclectic style with all of the vast wine list on open display La Peniche is definitely a palce to make memories and enjoy a step back from the day to day.
I can be certain that we will return again next time we are in the area.

Me and my boyfriend ate here at the beginning of our holiday. We didn't know beforehand what kind of restaurant we would eat in, since we found this by surprise. We are so so so happy that we decided to eat here because it was by far the best dining experience that we had in our lives! Outstanding service with really polite waiters and waitresses, outstanding food, and an excellent atmosphere! The owner of the restaurant is an architect and designed the whole place himself. the decorations are really creative and unique, making the dining experience even more special. All in all the experience was definitely worth the price. The little extras like the gazpacho and limoncello from the house made the evening complete. At the end of our evening we had a little chat with one of the waiters and we could notice his gratitude. The staff is so humble, they deserve every compliment. We are hoping to eat here in the future when we are visiting Italy again.

Grazie moltissimo per la bellissima recensione che ci avete fatto. E' vero i ragazi che lavorano qui sono molto bravi e umili ed io senza di loro non riuscirei a fare nulla.
Speriamo di rivedervi presto nel prossimo viaggio in Italia.

From the fantastic food to the excellent staff, everything about this establishment is as close to perfection as it gets. Elite and classy without being pretentious, the atmosphere and attitude feels very intimate and welcoming despite always being busy the three times I have been so far. It's just one of those restaurants that you know you will visit again and again. Thier crudité is absolutely delightful and thier T bone steak puts expensive American steak houses to shame. I'm a big fan of cheese cake and thier take on this is the best I have had and highly addictive. I also need to mention the floating patio is very cool and the ducks were welcome visitors. I can't wait to see them again and try another masterful dish from this gem of an establishment. Can't recommend them enough. Great music too!

Excellent restaurant at all levels: food, large choice of wines at acceptable prices for a restaurant, setting, service. Wanting to be very precise about the food, sometimes it goes too far: the tuna tartare should be seasoned, the filling of the paccheri and the bundle is too sweet and the . Desserts are outstanding. The staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and personable

This is an amazing restaurant. The decor is a bit quirky which adds to the ambiance.
The staff are extremely friendly and polite.
The food is absolutely fabulous.The fish is fresh and the dishes are well presented.The steak melts in your mouth

We were lucky to pick this restaurant from the Michellin guide and liked everything about our visit… cozy place. The host(s) know(s) exactly what they are doing in a friendly, relaxed and welcoming fashion, leading up to an excellent meal accompanied by an excellent selection of wine. Real treat and highly recommended!

Served amazing tuna tartare and the salmon was excellent. The staff was really friendly and spoke fine English. The dishes are just a completely mindbogglingly experience. The food is amazing for the price and had one of the best dinners in years.
The staff was very nice with asking when gluten-free options was asked for.
Amazing place and is a most visit with a great experience on a little deck on the water.

We loved the interior of the restaurant and the staffs were soooo friendly, especially Tony. He was attending us and he was very friendly with our son. He made the whole experience even better. He recommended some dishes and wine and they were all very fantastic! We loved the food there - very yummy! We would like to go there again! Thank you Tony for your hospitality!

Went to the restaurant as a party of 4. Was welcomed warmly as we entered the restaurant and shown promptly to our table.
The food tasted great and well presented. The wine list was huge and not too expensive. Service was attentive and friendly without being invasive. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
When we had finished for the evening (4 hours later), there weren't any taxis to take us back to our hotel so the restaurant team searched high and wide to find us someone, which they did. Thank you

Perfect from beginning to end. We loved the friendly, welcoming staff and lovely decor and lighting. Interesting menu with a lot of fun twists on traditional dishes. Delicious fresh seafood, great wine list, fantastic desserts. We can’t wait to go back!

Visto che ti piace il tipo di locale. ti informo che ne abbiamo aperto un altro molto bello ma
con un format un po piu semplce per le serate easy.
Menu a base di carne alla griglia, hamburger, pizze e focace.
Il nome del locale è MEAT M'AMA
Locale molto bello su tre piani in una casa del 900 completamente ristrutturata
a tre km dal ristorante La Peniche.

Most importantly the food is simply amazing. The lobster pasta is worth the trip.
Tony was our server much to our delight. The food and wine recommendations were fantastic. Just go, you'll love it.

Grazie per essere uscito con la voglia di tornare. A dire il vero è quello che cerchiamo di fare con ogni cliente che viene a trovarci. Farlo uscire con la lacrima, e triste perchè sta andando via e vuole tornare al più presto.

Terrific experience! The best restaurant we ever experienced in Massa and Versilia! The food was outstanding and the service extremely friendly. The parmigiana mare was delicious and the astice soooo good! Thank you Antonello for taking care of us and joining us in celebrating a birthday. Thank you to the chef as well. We will definitely be back soon!
