We live close to the Brookers Oast and do eat in there from time to time. Our thoughts are that it is cheap and cheerful and it is what it is. Hence we booked a Boxing Day meal and took some family along so we...More

The menu advertised ‘unlimited sides/veg’ and we were not told that this was not the case. Our dinner was served by waitresses and not unlimited. Big faux-pas on the part of the restaurant and very disappointed guests on my table. On the plus side -...More

I ate here with my family last Sunday and was impressed with the carvery. The meat was lovely and there was a good selection of veg too.

Obviously you don’t expect haute cuisine but, for the prices charged, the food is fresh and tasty. Nice cosy atmosphere, clean with friendly staff. We come regularly and have never been disappointed.

Lovely food and grounds. Nice and clean. The food is a good price and is cheap for families. Staff are great and the toilets are clean. Lots of choice in food and drinks. Great family friendly restaurant.

Buy one, get one free on main meals. Very varied menu to suit all tastes. Nice seating, good parking, friendly staff. Bar service a little slow. Food fine except bland, watery coleslaw :(
