Excellent food, service brilliant. We went back a second evening and might have gone to eat there more often had we discovered it earlier in the week.

Lovely courtyard to eat in, we were there in the evening, but it would offer shade at lunchtime. It was lovely, seafood from the lake, although we ate late so missed the special fish, must have been good, I would definitely recommend

This restaurant is located in one of the many picturesque narrow street of Malcesine. Once inside the building you are presented with three options of ambiance for your pleasure. My favourite was the open air courtyard, by the way this option is very popular and...pre-booking is essential. Vittorio is in front of house managing seating and orders. Overpriced and very average food. My tuna steak was overcooked, the grilled mixed vegetables were too thick and probably more boiled than grilled.. the food was generally too salty, the mixed seafood platter was nothing special and not everything was fresh. The small bite of...dessert that they offered at the end, tasted too sour, seemed like the cream was off, but perhaps it's an impression or there was too much lemon in it.... The staff and location were nice though.More

This is a very popular restaurant in the heart of Malcesine. We ate there twice in the last week and both times were excellent. Service is efficient and friendly. The food very good....especially the steak and vegetarian options.

We have eaten here on a previous visit and really enjoyed it, so returned. We ordered Chateau briand, which we had on a previous occasion and were not disappointed. It was absolutely perfect. We shared a portion of roast potatoes with it and a bottle...of white wine. All good. Service was friendly and efficient. We will be back.More

Start with the positives we had a table outside which was an ideal setting. Food was OK but not up to the standard we had elsewhere and it was the most expensive meal we had in Malcesine wouldn't go back

Lovely place with a courtyard seating area. The food was the best we ate in Malcesine - my tortellini with cheese and pears was sublime!

Been here before so went again. The service is OK but not obtrusive. The mussels were good although the menu has little to offer a non-fish eater. Their starter of octopus pieces is fantastic.

We reserved a table for evening meal. The first thing we noticed was the friendly and welcoming manner of the staff. All very pleasant. They serve lots of different and unusual fish and pasta dishes. The menu has everything for most palates. We tried both...fish and pasta and they were really nice. The pike is from Lake Garda. The service was prompt and efficient. The restaurant is in a very old Malcesine building, loads of character and atmosphere. For an after dinner liqueur try the Montenegro, it’s really different! Highly recommended.More
