On edge of the old town with a very nice outdoor terrace area. The service was very good as were the various dishes we tried. We especially liked the baked octopus and the pasta with sea urchin source.

I dined at Porta Terra during my last night in Cefalu and it left a most satisfying impression. I started with baccala manteca ravioli followed by grilled capone with Sicilian salad of orange, fennel, sweet sour onions and olives. Chocolate budino rounded out the memorable...meal. I appreciated the sensible portions, especially the pasta, which let me finish everything without feeling overly stuffed. I enjoyed my experience so much that I personally gave my regards to the chef. Outstanding service, too!More

My wife and I loved our evening here. The menu is limited with good reason. It’s a seasonal and pleasant take on freshly sourced and cooked Sicilian cuisine. Two wonderful meals in the Porta Terra Restaurant. With very knowledgeable and attentive English-speaking waiter. Excellent starters, secondi and desserts. Waiter paired great choices of wine with the food. Lovely setting in one of the squares in Cefalú, next to a fountain.

In the middle of my first course I have found something in my...plate and continued my delicious almond and sea urchin plate. I warned the waitress about what I have found when she collected empty plates. They shared their sincere apologies and cut the first course price from the check. I wasn't expecting that but a very professional and honest behaviour. I would have given more rating if I have had the chance.More

I was there with friends for a celebration. The location is in the heart of Cefalù and you are surrounded by art and history. We had dinner outside. Great wine selection and the dishes show research and taste. The octopus with chickpeas panelle and curry...is to die for. The staff was friendly and warm. 10/10 recommended.More
