An excellent choice. Service, simply impecable. Steak tartare to begin, then linguini peperoncini and kaisermarren with fruits "del bosque". Everything, very well prepared and served. A nice wine list, italians of course, but as well a few from other countries

We were sent to dine at The Elephant from our hotel - it was definitely one of the high points of a recent trip. The lovely, warm Tyrolean interior, the spacious adult dining rooms, the impeccable - yet not stuffy - service and the brilliant cooking made for a very memorable evening indeed. We opted for a tasting menu and... More

The choice of foods was made of international dishes - the dover sole was actually very special - all original and tempting and the MC made the meal all the more enjoyable!

Very nice dinner and the great knowledge of the local wine choices. Overall lovely dinner - not really suited for small kids but the staff made it work perfect.

I enjoyed dining at Elephant (I stayed at the hotel) especially in the summer evening (July) when the day is very long and the weather is good. The food surprised me: modern, light, very flavourful. The service is very good, too. Wine list: extensive with great options for mid-priced Alto Adige wines. Reservations are a must and you should ask... More

Called in on the way to the Dolomite Passes for coffee and Strudel. It was lovely, the staff were pleasant and well organised and the pastry was beautiful (Coffee wasn't bad either). Well worth a visit!

While the setting is rather old school, the food is top notch and simply brilliant. Service is discrete and professional. Comfy outdoor terrace. Hint: go for the lamb, it simply doesn't get any better than this!

We have had lunch or dinner here many times and it is always fantastic. What is fresh and in season is the focus of the meals served. During white truffle season the "Elefante" serves wonderful pasta or risotto. While the menu is great, the specials are just that, special. Always enjoyable and beautiful.
