The eatery (bar/cafe/restaurant) looks very nice, it's very trendy and is a good conversion, but, in reality, when full, it's really quite cramped. There is only one male and one female toilet!!!!! (and a hole in the door of the ladies which, even though small, does make you feel a little uneasy!!) really not enough facilities for the amount of... More

We are local and have visited wreckers numerous times. On all those occasions we have enjoyed good food and reasonable service. Tonight however, was awful. My husband took me out for dinner for my birthday which unfortunately as it happens seems to fall into Christmas party season ( 3rd december, never used to be Christmas season) we were sat slap... Staying in Charlestown after a day at the Ale Festival and a couple of cheeky bottles at the nearby Rashleigh Arms. The meal from starters through main and to desert were great. A good range on the menu. Service was welcoming, pleasant and relaxed. We will be coming back here again.

Fir the price I was very disappointed, the Chios were so hard the fork wouldn't go in them. I mentioned to waitress, she mumbled about a new supplier, other people had complained but no offer of refund, as I had guests with me I didnt make a fuss, I won't go there again.

What a great place, right on the harbour overlooking the quayside. Food absolutely fresh, local and cooked to perfection. Value great, service good with attentive staff. Coffee and cakes also very special. Thanks for a great meal.

Our first visit to Wreckers. We were visiting family who were staying in Charlestown and shared an evening at Wreckers. It was a good job we'd booked as it was very busy on the Saturday night, and not surprisingly-The food was lovely. There was a really good choice on the menu with lots of fish dishes. My lamb dish was... More
