Called in for a lunchtime snack. We had the chicken and potato roti which has got to be the best on the island. Cram-packed with lovely delicious filling and a crispy wrap. The servers were very sweet and courteous. Such a shame we left for...home the next day as we would loved to have experienced the evening meal and ambience, rated so highly by other reviewers. Never mind, it’ll be first on our list the next time we visit.More

Took a group of friends to Marcy’s Bar to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The evening was brilliant from start to finish. Great atmosphere, amazing food and rum punch and brilliant service. Marcy went above and beyond to provide the perfect evening. Highly recommend

Marcy's bar would make people run just by how it looks. but don't be fooled by that exterior, or that maybe you're the only customer at that time of day, because I can tell you walking away will mean you missed their _amazing_ food. I...never actually saw a menu, but when the waitress/cook came over to help me she asked what I'd like, when I said "What've you got", she said beef, chicken, shrimp, swordfish..... I just said "make me something with chicken" and maybe those potato wedges you see a lot here. WOW. Classic Bajan spiced Chicken with onions, and the aforementioned Potato Wedges resulted in a Clean Plate and a happy customer. On a return visit another couple there were raving about their dish, so, as I said... Don't judge a book by the cover. I'm sure I'll try something else here before the week is out.More

We stopped in to Marcy's for a late lunch and it was one of the best meals we had on the island. Freshly prepared and vegetarian friendly Bajan food. A must visit if you're on the island, especially on the West Coast.

We ate here last night. It is just off the main road from Holetown to Speightstown. As this is the low season it was a quiet Saturday night. Marcia, a simply lovely lady, opened the gazebo across the road. We drank good rum sours. My...partner has been eating a lot of fish, so on this occasion she ordered chicken with macaroni pie, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Marcia offered me either Marlin or Opah. I had never heard of the second fish, so I chose it. The other name for Opah is Moonfish, and it was beautifully cooked and was simply delicious. After the meal Marcia came and talked to us. She is a warm kind person, who uses the tips from the restaurant to provide breakfasts for the poor children in the area. I thoroughly recommend Marcy's.More

We went here for lunch during our stay in April, based on all the good reviews I read here. The food was freshly prepared, very tasty, and good size servings. When we ordered the waitress mentioned that since the food was made fresh it could...take a bit of time - no problem. Ordered a rum punch (excellent) We had fresh fish, chicken and vegetable rice, it was so good. For 4 of us, meals and 2 rum punch each, it was $190 Bds. Good food at a good price.More

Everyone should try Marcys. The food is typically Bajan and that’s its beauty. Excellent seasoning and some top notch side dishes. We had Blue Marlin one with Mac Pie other rice n pea. But we have eaten here several times using the take out service,...a potato and chicken dish was different but really tasty along with a mixed fish pasta dish. Always nice to see Marcy along with her daughters and sons. Charlie (son) offers two Yamaha wave runners for hire. You can sort out a time and place with him knowing it’s a safe and well maintained vehicle. Saves haggling in the beach.More

This is my 3rd time visiting Marcy's restaurant, and we have never been disappointed! The food is home cooked, very tasty, and her rum punch is the best on the island. I brought my relatives to dine here last Sunday, and they are still raving...about the fabulous experience. She is opened Sunday, but be advised that she doesn't take credit cards. I will be back Marcy! Thanks again. SHEILA S.More
