Maybe because my husband is Italian and a great chef, but this place is just too bland. No taste, plus the service.......asked for two specific things and they failed on both. Not sure why this place is so busy, or so many people like it. I've had better sauce out of a jar, and I do not like jar sauce.... More

The baked spaghetti is one of my favorites. I enjoy coming here for lunch. Haven't been for dinner yet.

One of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. The food is always good and a great value. Love the bread!

Always a delicious meal! Love their pizza with garlic and onion. Great pastas and awesome antipastos! You'll never be disappointed here!

Giovanni's at lunch was packed. We waited ½ hour. Nothing fancy about the place. Staff was very friendly. I ordered the mussels in white wine garlic. It was ok compared to other restaurants I've dined at. Too much garlic. The bread was good. My friend had the eggplant. She raved about it. Lots of red sauce. Average. Not sure I'd... More

My wife and I ate here; we are snowbirds and always stop in here at least once. My wife got the seafood plate, I had the veal marsala. It was so good I almost licked the plate clean. The garlic bread will give you plenty of protection from vampires for several days! We LOVE this place. And judging from the... More

For a New Yorker, this is your basic excellent neighborhood Italian restaurant. Very good food, friendly service and a nice atmosphere. My wife had pasta fragiole, split a caprese salad with me and for her main course, she had a side dish that was big enough to be a main course. It was egg plant and was delicious. Most of... More

This place is packed everytime my husband and I go here and we understand why! Food is top notch and despite only having a few servers on a at time, they do a great job accommodating any and all.

Pleasantly surprised at the high quality since we were there last a few years ago. My husband had the seafood boulliabase type dish and I had fettuccine with Milanese sauce. All excellent! Friends ordered a large antipasto and a pizza. We all shared a piece of lemon cake. Great service too. Reasonable prices.

I really would have been pleased to find that this is a good neighborhood restaurant, it is not unfortunately. Ambience does not exsist but it is a neighborhood restaurant so that would have been acceptable if the food was good. My husband ordered the bruschcetta it had large chunks of onion and uncooked chunks of garlic mixed in, it was... More
