This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Norfolk! The food is always delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

We haven't been to the Duck for a while because their range of beers wasn't great, but they seem to have broadened the range. Unfortunately the wine list is still set by the brewery and is both expensive and poor quality. So we had beer,...More

What an absolute gem of a place - we have eaten here a few times and always had fab food and great service. Good choices on the menu, beautifully presented and served by the lovely staff. Can't wait to visit again.

Another fantastic meal last week. The mussels were really good and my fillet steak with risotto was full of flavour. All four of us had great meals. The Duck is such a friendly restaurant and service, as always, was faultless.

We ate here on Sunday night and had slow roasted pork - excellent. Friendly, great service, lovely food, good options, well spaced tables, lovely ambiance, smart but not too smart.

Went with kids and grandkids for dinner during half-term. Very friendly staff. Menu was very varied and food was excellent. Seriously good (and hot !) bloody marys.

We haven't been to The Duck Inn for some time and, having found other pubs and restaurants in the area have become somewhat disappointing, thought we'd try The Duck Inn again. It's a very nice place to dine, recently refurbished and a nice cosy feel....More

Absolutely loved this place. Old world charm with several different eating areas and wobbling tables !! It's very busy even mid week when we booked a table as a birthday treat. One of our party is an allergy nightmare ! However the staff couldn't be...More

One of the best restaurants in Norfolk. I don’t think it’s possible to pick the “wrong” dish as they all seem to be very good. Neither of us got food envy despite ordering separate choices through all three courses. All dishes we had were well...More

An award winning rustic-smart gastropub, serving the best in local produce and East Anglian ales. Friendly and efficient service perfectly compliment the incredible food served up by chef patron Ben Handley and his team. Norfolk favourites such as Brancaster crab, steaming bowls of Norfolk mussels, locally-smoked salmon with gingerbread are regular highlights; along with Chef Handley’s famous black pudding-scotched quail’s eggs. Sundays' roasts of local pork and Holkham Estate beef are widely regarded as the best along the coast. With two stylish bedrooms; there is always the option to enjoy a wonderful evening meal and super wines from the varied wine list, before staggering upstairs to unwind under the snuggly duck-down duvets. Booking is always essential.
