Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Top quality food! Personalized service and presents atmosphere. I tasted a tartar with foodie gras, gamberi rossi which was a sublime Michelin dish. On top of it we could taste some tagliolini with black truffle on top. Top quality wine. Really recommended !

We were there on a very busy Saturday night, during a local festival, without a reservation. The staff very considerately arranged a very nice table, treated us very well and served the best food of top quality. Fresh, well presented, excellent service and very reasonable...prices. Exceeded all expectations.More

Well known restaurant in the area, reachable also by train in minutes from Domodossola, on the way to a panoramic ride through the Val Vigezzo. It deserves its fame, thanks to rich and tasty portions, nice and well-trained staff where extra service is no problem,...and reasonable price for the quality in place. Possibly the best "grissini" ever. Available a summer "veranda". Reservation required.More

Very attentive service, a super nice "old fashioned" but refined ambience with white tablecloths and also space outside in the garden, a traditional, well executed menu. Who would ask for more? Great list of local wines and excellent food that use local products, some of...which from their own garden. This is a "must go". Great job!More

Chateaubriand that is what you need to say when you come. If you take it with red сabbage ( in german style). This meet proposed with very good Bern sauce. Better to order a table before. Very good impression.

Driving in the area, we stopped here for lunch. Ordered the set lunchmenu which was amazingly good. First course was asparagus soup and second was duck, with great local wine. Reasonably priced. So happy that we found this place.

You have to try the Gnocchi with chest nuts and the local cheese risotto plus local wine complemented by in house made deserts. Meat looks good will try to come back for dinner.
