Driving in the area, we stopped here for lunch. Ordered the set lunchmenu which was amazingly good. First course was asparagus soup and second was duck, with great local wine. Reasonably priced. So happy that we found this place.

We have been here many times and it is always a great experience. All the dishes of the menu are particular and accurate studied and cooked by chef DEDE, the owner. All the staff is professional and polite. The trattoria has a generation tradition story,...More
it is definitely an higher level restaurant from the other choices you can get in the area, for this reason might be a "difficult" choice for an occasional traveler. But if you are looking for a food experience instead of just a dinner this is...More

Good restaurant for dinner albeit very crowded and thus need reservation in advance. Food served in elegant way, very tasty and very local. Restaurant has it's own yard where you can eat during a good weather. Prices on the higher side of the scale though.

me and my wife had dinner there on January 3, 2014. Best Gnocchi with chestnut sauce you will ever eat anywhere else in the world! Great selection of wines, especially the local wine Prunent. Highly recommended!! We will be back!!
Excellent food, seasonal local specialities. Prime choice ingredients ( Lamb was better than Welsh one...no offense) Delicious side dish with vegetables, potatoes and glazed chestnuts. Plenty of intriguing things to try...and homemade deserts.
