Disappointed with the prices on the wine list, cheapest bottle £20.00. Ordered a £23.00 bottle, told it had sold out and the nearest they had was £28.00. Nice but I would have expected that to be less than £10 retail and no more than £20 in a restaurant. Overall food was better than good, but wine£ left a sour taste.

I first visited this restaurants 3 weeks ago and tonight was my third visit. Carpaccio of beef was absutely superb. The beef was so thinly cut that one could see through it. My spaghetti with truffle shavings in a parmesan basket was a feast of flavours. Again delightful. Will be returning

Bacco is an authentic Italian restaurant which in my opinion, offers the best Italian food. I have visited this restaurant twice during Feb 2017. I would highly recommend the homemade pasta dishes in particular, my two favourites, seafood pasta and spaghetti vongole, which are full of flavour and extremely delicious! The staffs are friendly and attentive and Stefano is a... More

Rather a disappointing evening I had a fish stew for starters which was tasty but the shell fish langoustine was “mushy”, there was no meat in the carpet clams and the mussels were over cooked and very little other fish. My daughter had beetroot Carpaccio which again had no seasoning. My main was Guinea fowl it was dry and lukewarm... More

Portions not huge, no peppercorn sauce with stake as advertised and a service charge added to the bill, in my opinion this should be optional.

I booked the restaurant as part of three couples for a pre match international rugby match diner. It was a very limited set menu not obviously advertised on the website when booked. The quality of food was poor, the pasta was luke warm and no real taste, the food was cold and I mean cold as if the veg had... More

Really disappointing overall. The only good thing about the whole experience was the deep fried seafood starter. The main course of tuna steak was small and bland, with a really unusual "citrus dressing" that was basically just very large pieces of orange with the steak. We ended up cancelling dessert after we were left waiting over 40 minutes for the... More

We visited Bacco as a small family group. We were using Travelzoo vouchers for lunch, 3 courses and a glass of wine. The restaurant was empty even though it was a Saturday lunchtime so the atmosphere wasn't great which was a shame because the decor and location are both very good. We were given the set menus and there was... More

We grabbed a quick bite here before a show. We ate from the pre theatre menu which was excellent value and had a good choice. We were in and out in around an hour and did not feel rushed in the slightest. The food was good and the service friendly.
