Love the Firecracker Chicken there-it's always a good idea of a place to eat as service is very quick and you don't need to wait a lot! Love the Richmond branch

I am a ramen demon love the stuff and this is the closest I can get. It's in middle of the road fare but the staff are friendly and quick. The price can be a bit steep but for the are to be expected and with a tweak to the produce and quality could actually be a really good choose... More

Been to this Wagamama a few times over the years and it's been ok, not the best but functional. Today I had Yasai Katsu curry and it was really weird. I ate a bit and thought it tasted greasy, I moved one of the pieces of vegetable and discovered a puddle of cooking oil on the plate with the curry... More

Good solid menus, suitable for kids, friends and family alike. Always a cheery waiter/ess, good service, reasonable value and a good atmosphere when busy.

Sorry but this was the worst Wagamama we have ever visited. It was crowded, the floor was dirty. Although we have mentioned that we need to go to cinema, they made us wait for 20 minutes only for the starters. (They might simply say that they can not make any promise so we could go somewhere else) Right after serving... More

Just had a very poor experience at this Wagamama branch. Service was poor anyway as had to ask for the right sauce for a dish twice, and then when it came to payment were told we had to get cash out as their card machines weren't working. Complete joke. Wagamamas are normally very good but this one is poor.

We booked a table here for 6 people. We booked by phone with no need for a credit card. Our visitors were delayed by trains so we called to say we would be late which was no problem. When we got there they had reserved us a lovely large table and our waitress was a delight. I'm sorry i didn't... More

Four of us 2adults, a teenage child and a toddler. We arrived for a late lunch -3pm. Even though quite busy, we were seated quickly. We had 3starters and 3 mains. The chilli squid starter was terrible- tasted like it was left overs from day before - nothing taste and texture like rubber! The Nasi Goring full of burnt bits... More
