Worse Chinese I’ve ever had. Salt and chilli chicken was just chicken with a few onions, chips are frozen and hard. The curry sauce was good, but that was it. After supporting a local business over lockdown and understanding of the procedures now in place I am appalled by the service. Phoned for an order tonight and was greeted with a mere hello! asked for an order to be collected at 7pm placed the order...and had it read back to me but wasn't asked for a name so I quickly repeated collection for 7 and my name just getting it in before being hung up on. When my husband went to collect at 6.55pm told them his name and the young!! boy handed the order slip back to the kitchen and the other customer in the shop said this will be fun as I have the same surname!! There order was wrong and ours was presented to us at 7.25!! Sadly the food isn't good enough to go back and the service is none existent and to the server "no point wearing a mask hanging off one ear!!"More
The title reads a little harsh and it's not that bad, but nothing special either. Glad that they appear to pay more attention to cooking the food mostly fresh than they do to ensuring a good customer experience. Smiles hard to get and its a...depressing place to visit. Range of food is just the same as you expect to find on any street corner of any town/city. Easy and reasonably cheap so has its place if you're in the mood.More
Really tasteless gloopy food. We had three sweet and sour (a vibrant red colour) and a ginger chicken dish. All equally bad. Most of it went in the bin. Made us wish we were eating an airline meal, this was not up to the usually...poor offerings on a plane.More
I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls and Chilli beef. Quick turnaround with the order Food was hot and was ok taste wise. Service was friendly enough for a takeaway establishment Will try again.
Food is ok. The service was better on this visit. Last time I came a few weeks ago the service was terrible the Lady was having a conversation on the phone with her boyfriend and sounded very bad has in swearing and a bit dirty...so I was not impressed at allMore
The rice had a horrible taste. The lemon chicken had oranges and pineapple in🥴.The Chicken tasted like rubber . Prawn crackers even my dog turned its nose up
Now I’m no native of south east Asia, but I’ve had enough Chinese food in my time to offer a fair and honest review. So let’s start. Food is generally speaking quite nice. What needs work is the ordering system and the speed of working....This place would reap reward from the Japanese way of manufacturing- efficiency and autonomy. We used this takeaway a few days ago while we were on holiday in the area. The food was very tasty and well cooked and we can definitely recommend it.
Whilst on holiday in Brampton, we decided this evening we did not want to eat out or cook. So I checked tripadvisor and came up with Hoi Sun Chinese Takeaway. My husband and I had a chicken curry and my son wanted a sausage. The...sausage was the size of a cocktail sausage and so hard it was unbelievable. The chips were frozen chips fried, not freshly made on site ! The chicken curry was awful no other words to describe it, it all ended in the bin. If this is the best takeaway Brampton has to offer I feel sorry for those that live here !!More
