Last night we went for family meal. Service was fab, we were showed to our table straight away then ordered our drinks so we could decide what food we were having. Ordered two sirloins and a homemade meat feast pizza. Food came and when you...took your first bite of steak it just melted in your mouth. Delicious and perfectly cooked. Lovely onion rings and twice cooked chips. Definitely be back and thankyou for providing a lovely place in brampton. Cosy and welcoming and lovely staff and dogs.More

We had a lovely lunch here. We only called in for a quick drink but ended up eating as well, as it looked so good. The food was good and prices were reasonable. We were impressed with their COVID procedures and felt safe.

Came for lunch on Saturday, found a table at the back. Good Covid arrangements. Nice menu choices. Coffee was hot and strong! Food was cooked to order but the wait wasn't too long. Lovely sandwiches and burger. Definitely a place to go back to.

Just arrived back home from a wonderful evening meal at the Howard Arms under the “ eat out to help out scheme . The staff were very welcoming and professional in showing us the sanitation station etc , and there was hand gel on the...tables for our use . Our food and drink orders were taken very promptly by the staff members assigned to our table even though the restaurant was full to capacity and all staff were busy !! Drinks arrived first followed by our starters shortly after , the main course was duly served in good time followed by dessert . The meals were excellent in every way , tasty wholesome & cooked to a high standard . The staff are to be congratulated for their efficiency and cheerful service in these difficult times and it saddens me to see that an establishment as good as the Howard Arms gets poor reviews from what must be social misfits who may have to wait a few minutes for service from a hard working waitress , run off her feet trying to make everyone’s evening as pleasant as possible !! The owners of the hotel are to be congratulated on the standard of the staff , the food , and the safety measures taken to keep everyone safe in this current pandemic !!! Well done all .More

Visited as a family of 4 - including 2 young kids. We went during the dine out offer so the place was quite busy. Waited an age for drinks and food. We ended up taking our order to the tills as we got fed up...of waiting. I think we were there almost two hours - we only had one course as we decided against the potential wait for puddings! The food was really good - but not sure if it was worth the wait. On the plus side, it’s a lovely pub, really clean and they allow dogs in.More

Best place in Brampton to go for a drink. Lots of tables inside with a small beer garden at the back. We had breakfast which wasn’t too bad. The latte, tea and the orange juice let it down with regards to quality. I love the...dog and the cat that live there and will come up for a stroke. Good friendly staffMore

Good old hotel that has been very tastefully refurbished. owners and staff are very good at this business. Food more limited under Covid, but still good. the full meals are very good and the Thwaites beer is special.
