Disgusting service. I went

Disgusting service. I went in this evening to order food for me and my husband. Drove 3 miles home to find that they had missed the chips off our order. Not the end of the world, mistakes happen. I went back to the shop as...a curry on its own isn’t much use. When I told the lady she’d missed the chips, she was adamant I hadn’t ordered them. She then goes into the kitchen screaming and shouting, banging pans around and making a right carry on. No idea what she was saying, but I’d say she was most definitely slagging me off. So Iv now paid for the chips that were missing to eat with my stone cold curry. All she had to say was “sorry, didn’t hear you ask for chips”, but no, she’s had a massive tantrum and ruined my evening. It’s such a shame as I really like the food here.More

Hair

Not quite what it was.

Frequent user of this take-away when I used to worked locally so popped in when passing through Brampton. Good menu large portions very clean. Ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken witch arrived very promptly. The bill was under 10 pounds and I only had a...Twenty so used that. I made sure the man taking the money knew I was giving him a Twenty. Now the disappointing part. He still tried to short change me, same old stunt I've encountered many times. Quick to apologise but he knew what he was up to. The Sweet and Sour was very average to.More

Not as good as usual

We have been to Lucky House a number of times in the past and it's been great. This time it was not nearly as good. Four starters and four mains ordered with assorted sides. The seaweed was bland, which was a shame. The four main...dishes all had a very thin sauce, rather than the thicker, more glossy sauce we have usually found. We will be back, but we were disappointed. It was super busy, but we had hoped for better.More

Lovely chinese

We used this chinese on the 31st of December for a family meal as we were holidaying in the area and it was lovely! It was cooked in ten minutes and it was good porition sized. All the meals we had were really good.

Excellent!!

I came here for the first time tonight by chance passing through Brampton. The place is immaculately clean and my order for 4 people was ready in 10 minutes! Very friendly service! The food was fantastic and not at all the usual greasy take away!...All nicely packaged in plastic tubs also. Will definitely be coming back!More
