Stopped here for coffee and toasted teacake after walking from Tywyn. Friendly staff and good coffee. This little coffee shop has only four tables and is deservedly constantly busy.

Always pop in when we stay at Aberdovey, however this time been taken over by new people, much better service, really friendly and encourage you to buy cakes on display, Great breakfast and definitely value for money, not a long wait for food, great quality food..

We rented a small cottage in Aberdyfi one wet and windy weekend last spring. This little coffee shop was a delightful find with a warm, friendly welcome and yummy fare. Highly recommend their Welsh Rarebit with bacon, the very best I've ever had especially after a blowy afternoon collecting drift wood on the beach. Good menu with hot homemade delights... More

For a bonus start this is one of the few cafes in Aberdovey open in the winter. We called in for breakfast and had the full option. On the credit side, the bacon, sausages and mushrooms were excellent but the scrambled eggs were strangely salty. Toast was limited to one slice, which seemed a bit frugal and extra slices seemed... When we are showing friends the delights of Aberdovey this place is a must for a snack! Popped in again today and as usual we were not disappointed. Sadly the personable and ever welcoming owner was not there - but even she is allowed to have a well earned long weekend break after a very busy summer season.

Lavazza served properly. Child enjoyed a thick chocolate milkshake. Nice flat white. Well kept. Will return.

We get there for 8.30am opening to get a table - there are only 4 tables - the family love breakfast there - full English and bacon sandwiches today. Great for coffee too and they do takeaway.

Loved the look of this lovely tea room and all the beautiful produce inside. We decided to have some late lunch after a day trip down on the train from Barmouth. Food was fresh and beautifully presented with a fresh salad and My Wife's Welsh rarebit on fresh thick local baked bread, Welsh mature cheddar and had lovely thick cut... More

After going to a few places for food with no luck (bit late in the day) eventually we called into the cafe my wife liked the look of the quiche. So we ordered 2 quiche the waitress said that it came with salad and chutney. When we sat down we looked at the menu on the board and were absolutely... More
