Very busy little coffee shop, tucked away, but worth finding. The cream teas are delicious and the scones are good enough to eat without jam and cream - yum. Yes indeed, we will be back - very nice, thank you.

While on a trip to Aberdovey today, a bright yet blustery day with 3 of us needing a bite of lunch, we remembered the great food and service to be had at the Medina Cafe. Down a short alleyway towards the rock face, you find a quaint and very welcoming cafe where everything is home cooked. In fact, my roast... More

First time visit to Aberdovey and loved it. Had no idea there where to eat! Then just on the front we saw a sign for the Medina coffee house... and we went to investigate! Down a little path to a courtyard style eating area..then inside to a small but perfectly formed cafe. The owners and staff were most friendly and... More

Visited yesterday for Breakfast....cafe was quite busy and we had to wait for about 20 mins.....but it's busy for a good reason.....superb food quality at a brilliant price. Well worth chilling out over a coffee whilst the breakfasts were prepared. Lovely cooking, totally non greasy, coffee or tea, toast with marmalade or jam all included for £7.25. Also a veggie... A lovely cafe with really friendly staff. My scones was heavenly, straight out of oven. A nice selection of cakes and good coffee. Perfect place to refresh after a walk along the beach.

Small coffee house with a choice of coffee and light meals. Staff helpful as long as you place your order AT THE TILL (notices everywhere reminding you). Coffee and snacks pleasant enough. Slightly bizarre touch of slices of orange in the salad, ho hum ...

Last time we visited the area we dropped into here by chance. This time we went there by choice and we're happy to find that it is still a great little place. Tucked away down an alley this little cafe has a warm welcome and is great for families. Food is fantastic, the bacon to die for and the home-made... More

We looked up and down the road and found this little place tucked up an alley. Well worth finding. Freshly baked scones with oodles of jam and cream and a good cup of tea.
