The location is interesting because it's situated off the main road through a tiny alleyway that one would miss if the sign were not out or if it hadn't been recommended. The outside seating area has been constantly improved with covered areas beneath the most amazing slate wall. Food is always good quality, although for vegetarians who eat no egg... More

Holidaying near buy, looking for place to have lunch with 4y/o and toddler, could not have asked for more! Food was great, reasonably priced and staff helpful and friendly. We liked it so much we went back a few days later!

HIdden down an alley, The Medina is a real gem. Great service, great food (cream tea) and great ambience. When we said cheese scones were our favourite the manageress said give her a ring in the morning before we visit next and she'll bake some especially for us. You can't get service better than that.

Located in a yard behind the pharmacy this was a great find. Nice choice of snacks and a fantastic breakfast served between 10am and noon. Helpful owner and good prices. Well worth a visit.

Stopped off here recently for a creme tea after a family member recommended this this place to us. We had homemade scone , clotted creme and strawberry jam and tea I would highly recommended you trying this place out, it can easily be missed as it is up a back alley to get there ( opposite the RNLI lifeboat place)

Very busy little coffee shop, tucked away, but worth finding. The cream teas are delicious and the scones are good enough to eat without jam and cream - yum. Yes indeed, we will be back - very nice, thank you.

While on a trip to Aberdovey today, a bright yet blustery day with 3 of us needing a bite of lunch, we remembered the great food and service to be had at the Medina Cafe. Down a short alleyway towards the rock face, you find a quaint and very welcoming cafe where everything is home cooked. In fact, my roast... More

First time visit to Aberdovey and loved it. Had no idea there where to eat! Then just on the front we saw a sign for the Medina coffee house... and we went to investigate! Down a little path to a courtyard style eating area..then inside to a small but perfectly formed cafe. The owners and staff were most friendly and... More
