Called in whilst staying nearby and was pleasantly surprised by the range off goods for sale. The cafe was busy despite it being mid afternoon but unfortunately we had already eaten. Could not resist purchasing one of the giant vanilla slices and one of the...More

We called on spec whilst out on a ride on our tandem. Busy but they managed to accommodate us without any fuss. All the staff were friendly and attentive. We opted for 2 courses 1 beef & 1 lamb. Both were delicious and piping hot...More

Can't fault this place, good service, good food. I have a young baby and they were very accommodating and the facilities were great.

A return visit because we loved it so much a few months ago. The Sunday dinner is wonderful. The vegetables tasted as fresh natural vegetables should and the meat full of flavor too. Apple crumble excellent tasted of the Bramley? Apples (not smothered in sugar)...More

We visited in August as we live locally for breakfast after a long walk in the forrest and so were very hungry. The food is locally sourced, freshly cooked and they easily accommodate gluten intolerance and vegetarian requirements. Prices are reasonable and portions are hearty....More
