Very friendly tea room with a gift shop and antique area. The cakes are all home-made, the atmosphere is cozy. Indoor seating and outdoor area looks good for summer months.

Delicious fresh crab sandwiches in the warm October sun. Friendly staff. We really like coming here to eat when we visit Shanklin.

I was fascinated by the 'extra's in the Pencil Cottage.Their allegiance to local & international charity work was very encouraging.Dogs are allowed & the shop was fascinating.

Stopped here for just a drink but then noticed the wonderful cakes and as my wife must have Gluten free it was nice to find really nice cakes for her too especially as unlike many places that offer gluten free cake it is so dry...More
