Bought a take away last week, was determined not to return after my last very poor experience. Glad I did give it another chance the food was very fresh and tasty, everything it should be.

Came here for Mother's day evening buffet - lots to chose from but had to wait a while for certain items that were popular as they kept running out before the next batch was cooked & ready to be put out. My nine year old son tried lots of different flavours as he knew he could & not get told... More

Quaint little cottage to rent in the lakes, central to local amenities. Plenty of pubs nearby and plenty of places to eat in or order out from. Bit of a pain to park as down small lanes with parked car obstructions. Dvd players in both rooms but only worked in the bedroom. Took extra duvet, was a good decision for... More

This restaurant is perfect for lovely buffet. Good variation of food. My husband is vegetarian and extra vegetarian food was offered for him. Very attentive service. Lovely view of Irish sea. We come every year when we come on holiday. Best to book in holiday season

As I'm a bit fussy with Chinese I had a set meal of something I liked but could of had the buffet as there was plenty I could of eaten ! The other adults and kids had the buffet which they enjoyed . Also pleased they have kopperberg bottled cider from the bar .

I've been a diner at the Roundhouse for as long as I can remember and in it's hey day it was the busiest and best Chinese buffet in town. Now it's not worth the drive over the bridge. The building is cold, drab and in need of a make over. The fact the restaurant barely has half a dozen customers... More

We visited the round house last week, the beer from the pump was flat and had to be sent back. Although the buffet food was nice there was not a lot of each choice, it seemed like things weren't replenished once they were getting low. Also the waitress started collecting everyone's plates whilst people were still eating!

Lovely people working, very attentive. The food was amazing. Definitely will be back. 100% on everything, and the views over the beach is brilliant

This restaurant, located on Walney Island was special for its location and architecture. It is rather out-of-the-way. We found it worth the drive from Barrow.

Our favourite restaurant for family celebrations. Plenty of choice to suit all tastes. It provides many courses if desired-soup, starters, crispy duck pancakes, main meals, fruit and banana fritters. The house wine was reasonable and very pleasant. The restaurant provides lovely views of the sea.
