We visited the Strawberry on Boxing Day for drinks as we have done for many years. We were greeted by a bar full of empty dirty glasses. Nevertheless we found a seat and ordered 2 pints and 2 g&t's. The gin was served in half...More

Went twice this week. Service was fine, speed was good, cooking standard was notable relative to the keen prices. Know how to cook steak. Some nice beers. Football on the telly.

Evening family meal, and it has to be fish, chips and mushy peas. Light and crispy batter, with a good dollop of mushy peas. Shawn was most helpful, delivering drinks to the table, no space for desserts though. Back again soon.

Pub grub, good prices, but lasagne was overcooked and chips undercooked. Staff are polite and helpful and very busy. The whole place needs a good clean.
