Soggy fish cakes which claimed to be homemade but tasted very strongly of the shop bought relish they were served with, were the low point of this visit. The salad was nicely prepared but we were given an array of truly awful branded dressings to...More

Chose from the other chip shops after a walk along the esplanade. Ordered haddock and chips. We knew we would have to wait as the tradition South of the Border is for cod. The not unreasonable wait was worth it. Best haddock I have tasted...More

I have had haddock & chips here twice. The first time (in June 2018), the chips were hard & overly crunchy but the fish was excellent. On the second visit (in August 2018), both the fish & the chips were excellent & would have earned...More

Overpriced, chips were hard and over cooked fish was all batter. For fish and chips for 2 and a 7up and a bottle of beer £32.00

Bloody marvellous Fish & Chips, my little split her drink and they replaced her whole meal. Returned a second time because the first was so good. Possibly the best fish n chips in Weymouth

My family and I had the most fantastic fish and chips here... we sat down in this very traditional restaurant and were served by very friendly and efficient staff... great mushy peas, quality chunky fish and perfectly cooked chips, highly recommend!
