Lunch before Christmas shopping.

Large bar//restaurant right in centre of Enniskillen nicely decorated for Christmas with a welcoming open fire on a miserable rainy day. Drinks served promptly and our meals arrived after a short wait and everyone enjoyed an excellent lunch.The portions of southern fried goujons and chunky chips in a basket were huge and the chicken curry with both rice and chips delicious. Found some of the reviews misleading as we could not fault our lunch and service. Next time in Enniskillen we will be returning to Pat,s Bar and Grill.

Staff not wearing face masks.

Called in for lunch and also check out the evening menu. Only bar man (think his name was Jorden) was wearing a face mask. The waitress serving the food did not wear a face mast neither did the supervisor who was wearing hers around her neck. Decided to eat elsewhere.

We dropped into Pats for a couple of drinks whilst our other half’s hit the shops. As we were not wanting any food we had to sit in the wooden booths outside was not a problem. The service was excellent and the waiter was attentive in making sure that our glasses were frequently replenished.

Such a disappointment!

Went for an early dinner and our order was taken and drinks served quickly by a female who seemed to be a senior member of staff. Then it all came apart!! After a while a waitress came to our table holding food (not ours!) asking what we had ordered so we told her, we continued to sit and wait for a long time trying to catch someone’s eye. Eventually the person who originally took our order came over and asked AGAIN what we had ordered as she wanted to go and check where it was, after a few minutes a young waitress came over and asked what we had ordered as there had been a mix up with our order, we said we would just like to pay for our drinks and leave she said ok, went to get the bill then came back to say that our food was ready but they needed to know what it was so they could send it down. We told her and waited, after waiting a further 7 minutes we went to the bar, paid for our drinks and left. The food obviously wasn’t ready and I did not want to be eating fish and chicken which had been cooked in a hurry! Apart from the obvious lack of food being an issue I was really annoyed that the person who was originally serving us chose to send a young member of staff over to deal with us when it hadn’t been her mess in the first place!! Own up to mistakes you make and do not throw junior members of staff in at the deep end, that is appalling behaviour. We weren’t rude to the young girl but other people may have been and that is not right.

Went on a quiet Monday night for a meal. We were greeted by to friendly barmen that couldn’t do enough for us. I ordered the 50/50 which was a 6oz southern fried chicken fillet and a homemade beef burger. As the barman said when he set it down `that’s some feed’. Great meal, fantastic service and Covid passport checked before sitting

Lovely waitress terrible food

The waitress, a young girl who had long dark hair was lovely to me my sister and nieces. Waited on food over 35mins which was a sandwich, wings and chips. The wings were not wings, more like chicken thighs, they forgot a portion of chips that eventually came when we nearly finished the rest of the food, only we were so hungry because we had waited so long we would have sent it back. The chips weren’t even nice nor the garlic dip or gravy. Lucky for the nice staff and the bar itself looks well and is cosy. Wouldn’t recommend for food.

Excellent Food and Drink at Reasonable Prices

Excellent bar with a good range of drinks, bar snacks and food all at reasonable prices. Food is of a very high standard and portion sizes are good, and hence is good value for money. The interior has been recently refurbished and is very clean, bright and spacious, and also has an outside seating area although limited in size. Staff are all very professional, friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble, whether it be suggesting drinks or food options to catering for special one off orders or dietary requirements. Certainly a must if living or visiting Enniskillen, easily the best for food and drink in Enniskillen.

Vary bad service and rude staff

Had dinner here during the week, we sat down got out table ordered from a lovely girl and had a long wait which it was quite busy and bank holiday Monday also so we waited as other places we tried were booked out. The food eventually came and it was in dribs and drabs we got out meals for my husband and myself and after waiting 5 mins we said we better start or it will be cold then 2 kids meals came and afyer another 5 mins or so the 3rd kids meal came but was only half her meal and we asked a server where her food was she said age would be right back never came back to say anything asked a man he walked off my daughter went to bar and asked for her food rude girl just nodded we had all finished our dinner and half of my daughter food when the rest arrived and I asked the 3rd server at this point for a take away box she took an attitude with me that they don't do take away I was like qell sorry but you made the mistake and were all finished now and younger kids don't want to wait any longer on what's already been long wait and she has an attitude on her and just left the food and walked away when my husband went to pay no apology or any money of giving her meal free. Very bad form I travel to eniskillen quite regularly and I will not be returning to pats bar for the poor service and rude staff definitely not ever been treated like rhis before anywhere. Shocking.

Great Family Football Viewing

We visited Enniskillen for a few days staying at a nearby hotel and decided to watch the womens football with our two young boys. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating and we were shown our own private seating area, nothing too much trouble for bar staff and food was lovely too. We will definitely return again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband, 2 year old toddler & I arrived at pats bar today shortly after 1pm. A table was available immediately, it seemed busy but not crazy. We waited an entire HOUR for our food which consisted of two chicken burgers & chips. No apologies, no updates while waiting. The food arrived after an hour and it was nothing short of miserable. We would have been better off going to KFC across the road for what we received and the time spent. I highlighted the fact we had waited an hour and the staff member just responded with a smart response. No compensation, no sorry. We will never return and we will be making sure to tell anyone else planning to visit Enniskillen to avoid after the treatment we received today. Anyone with children will understand how difficult it is to kee a toddler sitting for more than an hour.

Came into pats today after two years of leaving the establishment as an employee. Wasn’t given a warm welcome, my parents and I sat down and Kayla was lovely to us as I used to go to school with her. She took our orders and gave us our drinks hopefully she didn’t give us any cutlery which can be understandable as it is very busy. Food came after 15-20 mins. Still no cutlery had to ask for some. Overall for three mains was £38.50. Expensive enough. Tried to say hello to Staff I used to work with but got no response.

Delicious, original, indulgent!

Lovely food - really delighted to find this place! We ordered carbonara and a pulled pork chicken burger, both of which were really lovely. In particular: there was a lot going on in the burger… chicken, pulled pork, bacon, cheese, sauces, lettuce… the whole combo was delicious, balanced and beautifully put together. The chips were also tasty which is getting increasingly rare. Thank you to the kitchen for some terrific food.

Money would be best spent elsewhere

Went here with friends when back home reluctantly as previous times was so so. This time will be my last. Dirty toilets, sticky tables, dirty glasses. Staff simp,y rude bordering on aggressive. Food mediocre, warm and edible sums it up but room so poorly lit can barely see food. Not very busy I can see why. One table wanted to pay cash and woman staff member was rude to them. I went to bar to ask for clean glass after waiting patiently for staff to come near table, had to wait out staff members yapping to each other before staff member begrudgingly gave me clean glass.

Awful service !!!

My hubbie and I called in for a drink as it was a Monday very few places where open in Enniskillen. The bar its self is warm and welcoming with a fire lit. The bar man was so humpy couldn't crack a smile and the there where 2 girls on Stephanie was crackers and not in a good way!! one minute she was all nice and all quiet attentive and then when my husband went to pay the bill he honestly thought he handed her £10 to much and their reaction to him questioning them was shocking. We then got dirty looks from the bar man and Stephanie who took the payment actually swore at us when she was on her way out the door. Stephanie needs a reality check and learn some customer serveic skills to be working with the public. The pair of them are rude and as bad as one another. As for the other younger dark haired girl she was so plesent. I feel for her working in that environment as Stephanie was swearing at her when she asked for her help at the till.

Terrible Service!!

Worst service ever. We arrived to order food and were told to take a seat. We sat for 25 mins before going to the bar again and asking them to take our order. The barman told us he’d send someone straight out to us. Another 10 minutes went by and eventually a waitress finally showed up to settle a bill for another table and called her over to be told they aren’t serving food any more! The staff clearly have no communication and haven’t a clue what they’re doing. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it.
