I ate here with family at a lunchtime back in August when the government's meal deal was in place. The staff were excellent and very friendly and the food was good. Safety measures were in place and respected well by all. Tracing details were taken...at the door with diligence.More

Approached the bar with my brother and father and gave our order to the barmaid who was standing doing nothing, she just put her finger up while I was kid sentence, poured two drinks and walked away without a word, when she came back she...barked “what do you want?” with a scowl on her face. We ordered three pints, two were Guinness and I’ve never seen it poured so badly, get this woman some customer service training but ease her into it because if she starts smiling straight away her face will crack. Very poor would not recommend or visit again.More

Just in for a drink and sat out the back as per guidelines. First visit here and found the space quite nice. First impressions: well really not good. The girl who served me was aloof and totally disinterested, hadn’t finished asking for my drink and...she was away. Tried to say I’ll pay by contactless but away again this time to the till. Back to me, I’ll pay by contactless: but away again and brings back card reader. No thank you’s no eye contact. I worked in a bar for 15 years and I’ve never served anyone with such attitude.More

Went here with friends when back home reluctantly as previous times was so so. This time will be my last. Dirty toilets, sticky tables, dirty glasses. Staff simp,y rude bordering on aggressive. Food mediocre, warm and edible sums it up but room so poorly lit...can barely see food. Not very busy I can see why. One table wanted to pay cash and woman staff member was rude to them. I went to bar to ask for clean glass after waiting patiently for staff to come near table, had to wait out staff members yapping to each other before staff member begrudgingly gave me clean glass.More

We dropped into Pats for a couple of drinks whilst our other half’s hit the shops. As we were not wanting any food we had to sit in the wooden booths outside was not a problem. The service was excellent and the waiter was attentive...in making sure that our glasses were frequently replenished.More

Had a lovely meal here recently, we were looking for somewhere that was dog friendly in Enniskillen, they had a limited menu on but what we got was lovely, I had chicken wings and sweet potato fries, others had the southern fried chicken burger &...the beef burger, one of the orders was messed up because of a glitch with the till but this was rectified with it being taken off our bill which was brilliant customer service. I would definitely recommend the chicken wings and sweet potato fries if you visit here. Massive plus as well that it is dog friendly.More
