Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The worst customer service I have ever received, If you can even call it that. Waited an age and in the end decided to leave and go elsewhere. Other people around me did the same. Staff behind the counter never even spoke while we waited...for over 20 minutes. Shocking! I won’t be coming back.More

Visited here with the kids , the choices of ice cream were so numerous that it was very hard to choose. The ice cream itself was gorgeous! Best ever was the reaction from the kids. Unfortunately due to Covid we could only do take away...at the time and couldn’t visit the milking parlours etc. But we will definitely be back.More

Went for a summer snack on the bank holiday weekend. It was packed with an orderly, distanced queue - soap and water available to wash hands. Really nice selection of flavours and delicious, creamy ice cream - not too rich or sweet. Glad we made...the effort to go. It was fun to be able to see the cows next door too (if a bit smelly, it is a farm after all). I loved that everything was made right there on the spot from their own milk and cream. Zero food miles!More

A great little find and one for the children- big and small. Great to see diversification and to sample local produce. A lovely selection of ice cream and portion sizes are very generous. Kids loved it- as did the adults. Well worth a visit and...the Q.More

Visited Tickety Moo cafe in Enniskillen today with a friend for a treat after a long week at work. We were treated so badly by a staff member who was obviously not wanting us there. My friend asked for a tray bake with her coffee...and was told ‘They are all tidied away- we close at 5pm you know’! They were beside her in boxes! It was exactly 4.30pm!! She was very snappy and rude during the whole conversation and chairs were then loaded onto tables around us. To make matters worse, a boy of about 12 ( seemed to be the son of an employee) started helping to store away food. He walked past me carrying a large carton of ice cream with no lid and his thumb down the inside of the carton touching the ice cream, as was his school blazer!!! He then licked his fingers!!! I presume tomorrow’s customers are going to be treated to lots of germs in their ice cream cones🤮🤮. Used to enjoy a trip to TM cafe as a local and try to support local business but never again. Will be getting treats elsewhere. Big step up needed on customer service and hygiene standards.More

The ice cream was nice. If you get the Boak easily don’t go. The smell and the flies are so bad - even at the cafe! Which was a shame as ice cream fab.

We love this very low key location near the Manor House Hotel near Enniskillen. They let you tour the dairy for their herd of 140 Jerseys, who voluntarily choose to get milked under the automated milking system that's been set up to milk them. While...there's no tour of their award-winning ice cream factory, the store there serves cones and cups and offers container sales for take home. After 3 or 4 visits over the last few years, I haven't had a bad flavor there yet, but try the Just Jersey, which is not flavored and is simply the cream flavor from the cows.More

VIsited here for lunch. Ordered pizzas which had to return as undercooked and even when it returned it was no better. We ordered the beef sandwich (with lots of other fillings on the menu) but the sandwich we received was literally just beef with a...small salad on the side. Don't like to give bad reviews but the best food in the place looked like the salad lunch which one of the staff members was having that wasn't on the menu. Will not be returning.More
