Wanted to eat inside but were told that no dogs were allowed, not a problem, but in a town where all other cafes allow dogs in we decided to move on, I'm sure it's an OK place but sitting outside on a cold morning without a view not worth the cost of a coffee

Anyone complaining that the coffee is a few pence more expensive than Costa is entirely missing the point of this charming bistro with a wide and delicious selection of fresh breakfasts and cakes. Friendly, accomodating service. Always a happy tummy on leaving here..

The coffee shop frontage should not put you off going in for dinner when this venue morphs into Bistro 73. The food was superb. The staff were lovely. Would go there again if we return to the town on another holiday and will certainly recommend to any friends visiting Salcombe in the future

We stopped here for coffee as part of a walk. Smiling staff greeted us and served us. Lovely cup of coffee in pleasant surroundings. Some people were sitting outside in a suntrap. We didn't have anything to eat but the cakes looked good.Definitely stop here again

Stopped in for a coffee after lunch as the pub we were at were too busy to serve hot drinks. Really friendly staff and lovely service. I had a hazelnut latte and shared the chocolate easter cake and carrot cake with my boyfriend. All of it was delicious! Definitely worth a stop.

Walked into Salcombe on a sunny day and picked this coffee shop to get a nice coffee with my mum after pushing my baby in her pram from Marbrough. I parked the pram (in which my baby was sound asleep) between two empty tables out of the way but suddenly and strangely a member of staff left the till and... More

This the very first time I have used tripadvisor to leave feedback. I felt absolutely compelled to do so after having the most fantastic Homemade Steak & Ale Pie with gravy and mash. Simple, beautifully tasty with the most tender steak and a lovely rich ale filling. Very well done Guy's. CU Soon
