The food and service were faultless I would highly recommend this pub for excellent home cooked food and fantastic service. Our first visit and we will be going back!

I love the General Elliot for the service and quality of the food and we weren’t disappointed with our recent visit. Both the meat and fish dishes are excellent and service first class. Well done to all the staff.

We bring mum here every 5 or 6 weeks for Sunday lunch whilst visiting. Always friendly, always accomodating when mum wants something not quite as per menu and the roast beef is excellent 😁

Lovely food especially the beef it melts in your mouth, my husband enjoys their fish pie. Friendly staff and great service and often visit when i just don't feel like cooking.

hi there its sounds like you think we are a hotel "rooms I've stayed in " but we are not and in the pub?restaurant unfortunatly they dont open
