My husband always used to go when he was on his motorbike, he took myself and my daughter and our friend, the breakfast was top quality food, and tasted just as a full English should, and the homemade cherry bake well was amazing!! Also there is a list on the wall where all the food has been sourced locally, and... More

Came as a 25+ group and caused a queue... We should have given advance notice! Had a range of breakfasts and café mains, largely locally sourced. Good food... I had the Yonderman small which had a bit of everything. All good with filter coffee. Prices reasonable, not bargain basement cheap. Helmet storage and largish parking area. Indoor and outdoor seating.... More

Called Sunday morning on our way home from Chatsworth. Busy with bikers, walkers and anyone who is ready to fill up on an excellent breakfast. Had breky sandwich, good bread and plenty of filling. Looks a little gem in the idle of the peaks.

Have been here many times and never been disappointed. The food is tasty and very cheap for what you get. Car parking available and easy to find on the main road.

Came here on a beautiful sunny day with two friends for a cafe stop on our ride. There is a large selection of cakes and hot food. I don't want to say 'cheap' because all the cakes were homemade. But £1 for a large slice of mars bar rice crispy cake who could say no? I definitely couldn't, because I... More

I call here regularly and the consistency of the cooking, presentation and taste is excellent. The best breakfast made with good, local, fresh produce. Excellent coffee and butter on the toast!!

Called in here early morning and had a Vegetarian Breakfast, tea and scone. I was impressed to see a list of local farmers and producers telling where all the ingredients for breakfasts have come from. Everything is from farms and cheese makers in the local area and it was very nice. They also make Home Made cakes and scones using... More

Description
Welcome to The Yondermann cafe where Julie, Alasdair and team will offer you an authentic Derbyshire experience in the beautiful Peak District.

Our cafe has operated on this site for over 60 years and since we have owned the cafe in 2008 we have strived to provide the best local and homemade produce we can.

We believe that this approach has helped us appeal to not only tourist trade but also to our longstanding local customers giving our cafe the blend of clients that ensures not only great food but a great atmosphere.

We have a large car park available to our customer and can therefore accommodate big motor groups.
