Lovely choice of food. Good value chicken on a Wednesday. Kind and helpful staff. Brilliant broad selection of beers and real ales. Overall, worth a visit. Serves food late until ten o clock.

Only a small car park, but we were lucky to find a space . You can either pay at the bar or download the app on your phone to order and pay by card or PayPal to Save queuing up. Service was quick and food was excellent . Will be going back on our next visit to Buxton.

Lovely building as usual, good beer as usual, staff were brilliant, Didn't need to even go to the bar - Ordered for first time via the app and seamless service. The food was excellent especially the chicken wraps which were succulent, Overall a cracking experience!

Stopped for lunch before reaching hotel. Typical Wetherspoons menu and atmosphere. The pub had been decorated for Halloween. Worth a trip to the ladies when there. On site car parking.

Bit upset that I wasn't made aware that a free drink with most meals. Did mention this when I ordered the food but was offered water or j20 to take away.... More

My wife and I have just completed a two night stay in Buxton and we used this Wetherspoon's for most of our meals, including breakfast, two lunches and a dinner. All meals were good quality, amazingly good value with drinks included and served by nice staff in a historical surrounding. We particularly enjoyed the Original Gourmet Burger which was caramelised... More

A very successful formula and, judging by my recent visit, excellent food at very good prices. To cut a long story short, me and my wife chose... More
