I have never been disappointed by Coffee #1. The drinks are always nice, the cake is lovely and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this coffee shop to anybody.

Called in here yesterday on a visit to Chepstow. Large, relaxed atmosphere, vintage distressed style decor. Friendly helpful staff. Quick service.Excellent deluxe hot chocolate and Americano coffee as well as good Welsh cake and chocolate croissant. Will certainly call again when next in Chepstow

We visited Coffee#1 on a busy bank holiday. The staff were friendly and we got our order quickly even it was a queue. I had a caramel mochaccino which was really nice. We'll be definitely back. Thank you!

Always my favourite coffee and the best toasted tea cakes around! Friendly service. You may have to queue but it's worth the wait.

Popped in while visiting the castle. Had a fabulous cappuccino and my friend has a choc and orange hot chocolate, the shop was busy but staff handled it well while taking the time to chat to every customer about their day! Nice and personable. Also the chocolate crunch was amazing!!

For me this is the best coffee chain, but the first time here. I have only given 3 stars not because of the place or food and drink but for the service. I hate to say it but they were just disorganised and not aware of the queue waiting. While I am here I have another gripe, the chain seems... More

We stop here often. The coffee is good and the staff are friendly. This is a popular stop with cyclists. Its on the high street and not far from the main road. The cakes are good and the coffee selection is good. Good location being right in the town.

We chose this coffee shop because of the good reviews but were not at all impressed. Just 2 people ahead of us in the queue, but we were waiting over 5 minutes to be served. It didn't help that one of the three staff was on the phone for part of that time. But the worst aspect was the loos.... More

Award-winning coffee, cakes and pastries for breakfast, lunch and tea. Comfy sofa's, beautiful interiors and cosy corners that you can hide away in for a quiet half an hour are as important to us as the cake we serve and the service we give. Come and see for yourself.
