Visited the cafe after a long night working and a full English was needed for recovery purposes! Food was good, service friendly and attentive and being next to the West Somerset Railway was an added bonus.
I visited with my wife and sons whilst we were on holiday in North Devon on our way back to our overnight stay in Highbridge. We enjoyed our time in Minehead walking on the beach and looking around the train station and depot, but the...weather was appalling with rain and cold.
This cafe was a great find with a lovely bacon and sausage bap for me, bacon and egg for my wife, two proper mugs of tea and my son enjoyed his shortbread. It had a great welcoming atmosphere and the staff also helped us with a highchair for my younger son. I would definitely visit againMore
My friend and I visited this cafe while waiting for a steam train to Bishops Lydeard. I had a cream tea and was delighted at the size and lightness of the scone. It was served with plenty of jam and clottted cream and a lovely...pot of tea. The staff are very helpful and service was good.More
