We were there for a private function. Plastic plates and forks, no serving spoons and kitchen roll for napkins! The 'buffet' was of poor quality. The' 'function' room had a smell of stale smoke and the tables were grubby.

Such a friendly place, staff are always willing to help and make your night an enjoyable one. We went on a friday night when there was a pub quiz on, which made our meal into a full night out.

We had friends staying from Derbyshire who wanted to experience your pub and burger challenge, they were very pleased with their visit, good value for money, friendly staff and they even managed to eat the whole challenge and get a certificate, they will visit again
