Often visit as the food is always good and price cant be complained at. Staff are always friendly and will adjust dishes to suit children with picky tastes

We decided to give La Mezzaluna a try after our usual place was closed. Situated on the Crescent it doesn't stand out and easy to miss however it's one of best Italian meals we've had in a long time. It has a relaxed bistro atmosphere and obviously welcomes everyone, it was nice to see families with children visiting. Staff themselves... More

The food is always amazing here, the filetto Rossini is to die for! A little expensive for eating out during the week, but luckily the rest of the menu is reasonably priced and rally delicious too. The bolognese sauce is one of the best and the barlic bread with cheese and tomato is my favorite.

Trying to go happy hour on a budget but but waitress upstairs constantly badgering about more drinks more drinks, when she picked any plate up More drinks More drinks..... Jeezo woman, to the point we were just all looking at each other thinking your spoiling our get together here.. Like downstairs wouldn't go upstairs again... Twice we've been upstairs didn't... I have never had an Italian take away that wasn't pizza. This was a surprise. I had the beef risotto which was cooked to perfection. The garlic bread was a flat pizza with a little tomato sauce and proper mozzarella. I will be going back again and again. Absolutely love it

I have been to here a few times. The staff are so friendly and the food and service is excellent. I can recommend this gem. Try the seafood risotto

We wanted to have a dinner in Ed's Easy diner but we found out it's closed...so we had to looking for another restaurant when we found this little treasure. Downstairs they didn't have an available table so a waiter led us upstairs. It was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing, so calm. The staff was really kind. The food is absolutely... More

There were 8 of us and we set upstairs overlooking the castle. The waitress was really friendly. The food was so nice, really fresh and cooked to perfection. All 8 enjoyed the meal, mamy thanks, we'll be back!

I love this place. Pizza and garlic bread is beautiful. Only negative is I wish it was a bigger building so we would have more chance of getting a table! Other than that it's faultless

Attractive looking restaurant from the outside, but surprised by the more spartan interior. Was visiting Carlisle on a Sunday, en-route elsewhere and selected Last Mezzaluna based on trip advisor reports. Staff very friendly and service slightly slow, but obviously freshly prepared. Food was ok but disappointing given reports read - could be a different chef on a Sunday afternoon! My... More
