Like real pizza for lunch? Then Tobie Norris is the place - served hot, with thin, crispy base, lathered with tangy tomato paste and creamy mozzarella, a choice of tasty fillings - my favourites, ham, pepperoni, mushrooms, red and green capsicums. My husband and daughter...More

The pub has a lot of history and do spend some time walking around to admire the wall decorations. As a tourist it's a must, very typical English beer house. They rave about their wood fired pizza. So we tried it out. Very thin base...More

A superb range of ales and gins is always a good start but the food is excellent too. Our favourite is the "Chinese" pizza as we call it - a thin and crispy stone-baked base with crispy duck, hoisin sauce etc. All food is beautifully...More

We have been visiting the Toby Norris for quite a few years and thoroughly enjoy the food. This is a very old pub with lots of beams and wood about plus creaky floor boards! There are many rooms available on 3 floors all different but...More

Easily accommodated our large group. Excellent service and the food was lovely. Not a lot on the menu if you don't like pizza though. Toilets were upstairs.

What can I say yum yum! Fresh hot, delicious and original recipe food. Spoilt for choice such a great menu. Great service from amazing staff. Warm & welcoming - I'll definitely go back!

What a fab building this is. The clientele seemed a little high brow for our taste, but it's well worth a visit. There is an outdoor seating area and the ladies toilets are beautiful.

We called in for lunch today. The surroundings were fascinating and the service friendly. However the BLT focaccia was too well done and the bacon sparse. The cracked wooden platter it was served on looked far from hygienic - it would have looked more appetising...More

Lovely old pub, full of real character. Gnarly wood, homely feel, good for those wanting a real pub with ales and locals rather than chain rubbish, but also friendly and full of side rooms to take families, couples etc.
