Food is faultless, just everything you could wish for ! The staff are amazing, like clockwork in fact, we couldn't have had a better start to the festivities than this - we will be back !

Came here with the Mrs on a Sunday night. She had roast beef. Beef was ok - everything else was reheated microwaved pants. Yorkshire pudding that could have been used as a weapon. Queens Head smokie for me. Pieces of haddock in a very small amount of sauce covered ( and I may be exaggerating slightly ) in a foot... More

Dropped in for light lunch on holiday, very extensive menu, friendly staff, good beer. The pub was busy but we were fitted in, suggest at busy times you should book. We were well pleased and will return.

Was the second time going to this restaurant. That has a great recommendation around the area. Still missed the oau factor. Not seasoned enough, vegetables quiet hard, pheasant leg dry and cream brulee like any other one you can by on asda :/ And overall far to expensive for the quality of food.

Came with a group of work colleagues for a retirement meal. We were a group of 10. We all arrived separately and were left to all arrive before ordering food (apart from getting us early birds drinks till the party arrived). We were served politely and friendly and we were given the choice of ordering from the Xmas menu of... More
