We were 10 people and got a nice spot on our own behind the bar. Ordered different pizzas, falafel roll, chicken roll and chicken salad. We were all very happy with the food and the service.

You can rely on a good quality meal in a friendly unpretentious atmosphere. With a good selection of draught and bottled beer, Wine and a sizable cocktail menu. Pizza is always great here but today we had the Special of the day which was tender...filet of lamb with mash, roasted vegetables and a red Wine sauce. We also had the kofte with bulgur and salat, tzatziki etc. Nazif, the manager is always ready with a recommendation for food and drinks and we can recommend ladejarlen. ♥️More

Absolutely a restaurant to visit when you want a good meal and a drink! The staff is very service-minded and friendly. I've been to this restaurant several times, and will definitively return.

Cozy and clean place, run by a very nice, fun and helpful staff. The soup of the day (onion soup) was very tasty, and the Hitra-blue pizza was to die for (though I ordered mine without pineapple). I dared to order a second pizza and,...at the chef’s recommendation, it resulted in a half-calzone with lamb meat, that was even better than the first one! Very corona-careful! Pide is great!!! Lots of beers to choose from. Recommended. Comfortable and spacy place. Now also you can sit outside.

Lets go to the part of Town thats a little bit less crowded. This place has a nice atmospheare and friendly staff. I have tried the turkish spesials (baklava is a Great dessert) and the pizza. The rest og the menu (norwegian, turkish and International)...looks Great. The have alot of beers on tap and bottle that i havent' seen in the rest of Trondheim. Nice place to hang out, good food and drinks and you can talk and hear eachoter all night.More

The Covid 19 was well taken care of in this restaurant. The waiter had a very good overview and could tell us all the meny. A tasty meal followed by a very good choice of wine to each of the different dishes. It was my...birthday, and I will never forget the experience.More

Vi kan ikke kalle det annet enn en skikkelig møkkaopplevelse det vi hadde på Ladejarlen i går. Jeg og en venninne kom inn, kjøpte oss en øl, satte oss, og så kom en venn etter, han var tydeligvis for beruset for vakta, greit nok, og...han forlot stedet. Dette fikk ikke vi med oss, men hørte det av "vakta" som kom og skulle hive oss ut fordi vår venn hadde kommet med en mishagsytring på vei ut. Vi fikk aller nådigst lov til å drikke opp ølen vår. Vakta roet seg ned da vi motsa ham, men hallo, det er en førstegangsopplevelse for meg å bli kjeftet på og omtrent kastet ut fordi NOEN ANDRE har sagt noe. Jeg tar ansvar for min egen adferd, og jeg oppførte meg eksemplarisk, kjøpte meg en øl, smilte til hun i baren, satte meg ved et bord, overholdt smittevernreglene. We can't call it anything but a real dung experience what we had at Ladejarlen yesterday. Me and a friend came in, bought ourselves a beer, sat down, and then a friend came along, he was obviously too drunk for the guards, okay enough, and he left the place. We did not observe this, but heard it from the "guard" who came and was going to pull us out because our friend had come up with some negative view on the way out. We were very graciously allowed to drink our beer. The guard calmed down as we contradicted him, but hello, it's a first time experience for me to be told off and almost thrown out because SOMEONE else has said something. I take responsibility for my own behavior, and I behaved exemplarily, bought myself a beer, smiled at the bartender, sat at a table, complied with infection control rules. To make me responsible for what other people say should certainly not be part of their customer policy.More
