⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WOW! Me and partner visited Hotel Britannia last weekend and were fortunate enough to get to experience Speilsalen. We've travelled to many Michelin star restaurants across Europe, and this was arguably the best overall experience we've both had. The presentation of the food was out...of this world, the flavours were just as better, and the upgraded wine package was the perfect match. This was by far the best wine pairing we've ever had so I'd like to give a special thank you to Henrik, the restaurant's Head Somalier for not only his knowledge, but also his level of service to ensure that we were looked after throughout the whole evening. We'll be back very soon. Thanks a lot to everyone.More

Beautiful experience

Visited shortly before the restaurant received their first star in Michelin guide. The premises are stunning and gives an extra flair to the experience. The food, presentation and service level is a true joy from beginning to end. Sorry we don’t live closer to Trondheim.More

Amazing lunch

Well, well, this really makes up for last nights disaster at Jonathan's Grill @ Britannia Hotel. Everything was 2-3 star michelin quality. Champagne package was 70 USD per person, but was really top notch Champagne from Lansons Aged series. Total price was around 375 USD...for two. Highly recommended.More

Extraordinarily good

Worth every krone/cent, magnificent room, service, wines and food...oh the food. We were a party of 5, aged 16-80 with 1 vegetarian, 1 pescatarian and 3 carnivores. Delivery was flawless, Henrik was supremely professional. A wonderful meal.

Superb!

Wonderful six course meal. Attentive staff. Probably the best restaurant in Trondheim, despite hard competition.

World class culinary experience in Norway

A must culinary experience when in the Norwegian city; Trondheim. Everything about the food and Service is magical. The composition, food and wines, and flow in service is world class. I recommend reservation at the chefs table if you are 4/5 persons that really are...into food;)) Enjoy!More

Superb food and service

What a treat! This is absolutely on the top of Norwegian fine dinning. Two stars coming up in February next year? The food is excellent, wonderful matched with wine and gin (YES!) Friendly and solid professional service. We'll be back :-)

Excellent and tasty food, superb staff, elegant atmosphere

This was an experience! Delicately presented food, and over and over again we became surprised by the fantasy and taste. The wine was exceptional and even the juice as non-alcoholic alternative was different for each course and very good! We felt so welcomed and well...taken care of, exceptionally skilled staff!More

For en kveld!

6 family members got the opportunity to test this new top restaurant in Trondheim. And what a surprise! S partiespeilsalen has mirrored walls and "cells" some the different parties dining there. We were sitting in the open, The courses were matched to excellent wines (mostly...white). Perfect service by an excellent staff!More
