Loved this place! The food was delicious and tasted like home made Indian food, having it in Norway was amazing to say the least. Will recommend to people visiting Oslo

Food is served quickly by awesome staff. Not the best Indian food I've ever had (with the possible exception of the paneer naan), but by far the best for the price outside of India. This is even more amazing when you compare it to the prices at other restaurants in Oslo. As a vegetarian, it's not always easy to get... More

This food must have been the worst indian food I have ever tasted. The place is super busy, the man forgot one of our dishes and Nan bread. So we had to order a new dish when we went to pick up the food. It took 10 min to heat up, it was all prepared in advance. I have had... More

Judging from the newspapers on the wall, the guy running this place is a local celebrity. Me and my SO had chicken curry and a samosa here. In pricey Oslo, it was a relief to have such a delicious indian meal for a West-European price! Friendly yet fast service. Perfect for lunch!

Very basic and simple sit-down-and-eat in a busy but orderly atmosphere. Order at the counter - they remember everything nearly all the time - and food is served quickly. Relatively generous dinner dishes including nan and rice very decently priced - between 90-150 NOK (= 12-18 USD). Sauces with perfect spicyness (madras?), almost authentic but certainly modified for western tongues.... More

I was here a few days ago, the place its very normal when you get in, but its waiting for you a very delicious food, the best pita bread i have ever had and the spicy curry...food is excellent! But is not only about the food, this is located in a very cultural mix location and i was happy to... More

This is a very cheap plase, but I still don't feel I get what I pay for. The restaurant is like a dull cafeteria and you get your food at the counter in front of the kitchen. The food is not exceptional in any way. I had a lot of recommendations for this place that did not live up to... More

For anybody interested in a little international ambience on a Saturday afternoon in the heart of Grønland (Oslo) (as well as a classic chicken or lamb curry, palak paneer etc.) try this place! It's is excellent value for money but don't expect anything sophisticated... It is really busy early in the afternoon and has an "Indian bistro" feel to it.... More
