In Japan you go to an izakaya for a night of drinking while occasionally snacking on small dishes. Izakaya is basically this. You come to drink and enjoy the vibe (which can be loud) - and when hungry you order one of the small snacks....More
Together with friends starting the weekend with food served at the bar counter. Small, tasty Japanese dishes. Cocktails and beers also worthwhile enjoying.
This quirky bar always makes me smile when I walk in, from the Japanese pop culture decor to the Japanese covers of Western hits playing on a record player. The foods is excellent and no sushi in sight! And the sake menu is extensive and...More
