It is a nice experience entering the very old cellar. The food is clearly related to the one from Statholdergaarden Michelin Restaurant, but appr. half the price. Can be rather noisy.

From the start to the end. A great place, with friendly staff, atmosphere and great food. This standard of quality in all the details...and when the bill comes...it comes down to a perfect experience. Will I go back? Have a guess 😊

Situated in the basement of it`s two michelin star big brother Staholdergården, Much lower in price, a little less polished, but with a ton of charm. You get a full class 10-course meal for close to the price of a basic meal at your hotel.

Located in the basement of more famous Stattholdergaarden (Michelin star), this gives you an up-to-par experience without costing the extra dime. Well worth a visit, the food looks the part and taste likewise, but nothing that brings out the hoo-rah! 4/5 for me. Go try...More

Excellent place to celebrate a birthday. I heartily recommend the ten-course menu as an affordable way to fine dining. The wine menu is also a delight.

This is the less formal "little brother" of the Michelin star restaurant Statholdergaarden above. The owners and head chef are the same and even without a star its probably one of the best restaurants in town. With its white chalked curved cealling and serveral compartments...More

We shared a 10 course tasting menu because we celebrated! The dishes are very (!) small, but in the end we were happy that they had not been bigger. Nice service and we were fully satisfied!

I was part of a large company getting the 10 course meal and no doubt were we served very good food and for approx 700 NOK, it's surely good value. But you also get the feeling that various corners have been cut to make it...More
