Food was OK, had sushi, seaweed salad and noodles for our son. Service was good, great with children and place was busy but quiet.

Centrally located, the cooking is very high quality...whether Sushi or tempura, food is fresh, appetisingly presented and served with a smile. Reserve as this is popular at lunch with business crowd.

Of the many sushi restaurants in Vienna EN ist the most Japanese. Appetizers include fermented soy beans and other specialities normally hard to get in Vienna. The fish at EN is freshest and sushi as well as sashimi are of rare quality. House saki is delicious and reasonable. A very special place and surprisingly affordable.

A friend of mine arranged a lunch here and I was skeptical after reading the TA reviews but she lives nearby and said En was a favorite. I was very pleasantly surprised then and we enjoyed a very nice and tasty lunch. The front room is much brighter than the back room but we were seated in the back so... More

We lived in Japan for many years - the food at EN comes the closest to 'real' Japanese food in Vienna at a reasonable price that I have had in Austria - so I gave it 5 stars for a Japanese restaurant in Vienna ( Japan I would not rate it quite so highly) KOJIRO near the Naschmarkt is also... More

In the past we quite liked this restaurant, based on recommendation from a Japanese friend. But it is no longer good - it all tastes very normal, somewhere around akakiko level. We won't come there any more.

"Place smells heavily of old cooking oil, the sushi-san looks, well... bored, no customary shoot-out greeting. Food was average at best. Sushi's are paper thin etc." I fully agree with the comments quoted above. Most reviews were good so I went there twice (thought my first impression could have been wrong) but was also disappointed twice. Food not authentic at... More

This small restaurant in a silent part of downtown is trying very hard to be authentic. Unfortunately the kitchen lets the rest of the restaurant down. Take it from me: The quality is below average and faaaaar from Japanese standards. There are significantly better Japanese restaurants in Vienna.

I really recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to have some good quality sushi in Vienna. This is actually one of the best Japanese restaurants in town. Their udon soup with tempura is very delicious, as well as their sushi plate. Nice service and many tables to sit outside.

One of the best sushi and tempura places in Vienna. The restaurant is small but has a very authentic Japanese feel. Great bento boxes for lunch.

In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
