Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is what Peru tastes like in Vienna. A harmonious restaurant with friendly service and a lovely garden.
Pisco sour and ceviche were a must, where else if not there. The tiger milk was finely seasoned and subtly spicy.
Angus beef tataki, to start.
Then there was the rump steak, also Angus beef, but a bit too firm. A sharp knife would have improved the impression at the beginning. But the friendly people there are, and a new piece of meat was brought.
The grilled octopus was very tender, but the pack choi and crispy potatoes were mushy, which could still be improved.
The various sauces for the dishes, on the other hand, are perfect, delicate, complex and finely balanced, a delight!

The food was absolutely delicious, tasteful and rich in flavor. We started with the Ceviche which was magnificent, delectable really. My main was the Lomo Saltado, the Rumpsteak was cooked to perfection, the vegetables fresh and flavorful. Absolutely delicious.
There is an adorable playground right across the street.

It's not simple to describe a real new experience.
Qero has the courage to offer an essential, pleasant and informal experience.
It interprets Peruvian cuisine at a gourmet level, without sacrificing the pleasure of a nice portion accompanied by a very wide choice of cocktails, wines and shots updated with South American news.
It was enough for me to taste a few dishes with a perfect pisco sour in my hand - I couldn't not to order two more - to understand how tradition and experimentation travel together.
The perfect acidity of ceviche, a dish even very beautiful to look, or the fresh tuna tiradito, mixed with new ideas such as quinotto, a quinoa risotto creamed with parmesan and basil pesto, or fillets of duck in sweet and sour sauce and risotto with culantro, that recalls the unique Peruvian dishes of Japan and Chinese contamination.
Absolutely to taste.

We called in here for a drink and decided to book it for an early dinner on New Year's Eve the following night. They were happy to accommodate us as long as we gave up the table at 20:00 which wasn't a problem as we had booked for 18:00.
We arrived on time and had a quick bar-drink before being shown to our table up the stairs on the upper level.
It was a fixed-choice menu and both my wife and I chose the 'Surf & Turf' for the main. The service was efficient and friendly and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable in nice surroundings. However, the food was very average and nothing special - meat and prawns with basically chips and gravy! I just checked my bank statement and it was £139.00 which isn't that expensive but believe me, a bit much for what we had.
We've both been to Peru and this food wasn't representative of anything we've had there!

Qero's appetizers packed lots of delicious and interesting flavor but we were less impressed by our entrée choices, which seemed fairly standard. Still, the service was good, but for the price, we expected more from our meals. I will try Qero again, with different choices for the second course, and hopefully achieve a better result.

Good but not great. I loved the ceviche ,which I’ve had in nyc and Peru. The mains were ok but not nearly as good.
It was packed both times we went, the first time without a reservation. That first time we were turned away a bit abruptly, without any apparent regret. We felt slightly coldly ignored although we respect that restaurants are fair to require reservations.

I write feedback just in case I have a great or very bad experience.
At Quero me and my girlfriend had one of the best dinner experiences of our lives.
Super tasting dishes along with high quality and fresh food.
We have eaten just seafoods, two starters and two main dishes with a dessert.
Super top. Fair prices.
Would love to come back soon to this place.
Enjoy 🙏💪🏻

I did not expect to eat Peruvian in Vienna, but on a free evening, my wife and I went for an early dinner after a business meeting and discovered this place. Having no reservation, we had to sit on a high table and had to leave before 8 pm. The pisco sour was excellent and full of memories of when I was in Peru. For my wife, it was an enjoyable discovery. Service was attentive and efficient. The menu is rather limited in choice. Our camarones (two different preparations) were excellent. We recommend the place.

At some point you need to eat something else than Schnitzel! Qero is really nice and fresh food. Everything was tasty and excellent and we tried many different dishes.
Service was friendly, just a bit slow at the end but overall I would really recommend this place. The ceviche was excellent. I am happy to have booked this restaurant.

Very nice place with real flavors from Peru both for food and cocktails.
Basic meals from Peru are well represented.
I recommend Anticuchos, fish soup and tuna.
Friendly and warm welcome.

We came here by chance after the restaurant we originally tried had no space. We were so lucky to be given a table. The staff were brilliant and so friendly. The food was amazing. My partner had the Octopus to start and the Tuna for main. He hasn't stopped raving about them. I had the vegan main which was also delicious. The deserts were delicious. You have to try the dulce de leche desert. Cocktails topped off a perfect meal.
