Not accepting credit cards in 2017 is simply an insult for the customers. For this reason, I won't come back, even if the food and the place are good.

Pöschl is one of the many Vienna coffee houses, but in summer it offers an advantage: it has a small terrace on the square down the street across from the Franciscan church. Great to refresh on a hot day in a very Vienna decor.
