Went with a friend for some late dinner and drinks and was not disappointed. Service, food and drinks were excellent. We booked ahead, which turned out to be a good idea since at 21:00 on a Sunday, the place was packed.

I had dinner here with a friend this week and it was amazing! The waiter was very friendly and gave good recommendations, in terms of value for money and size of the dishes. Truly appreciated that and the food was great as well! Treated ourselves...to cocktails as well and they were very refreshing and completely different from what I have had before! We both would recommend and I will be back when I visit Vienna again!More

I absolutely loved our visits here. On the first night we just sat at the bar for cocktails. The drinks were amazing, but the bar staff really made our visit. The second night we ate and really enjoyed the food and again loved the cocktails....We couldn't fault our visits and would defintley return if we were ever in Vienna again.More

The food was nothing special. Not a reason to got back, but the cocktails!! They made up for everything!! We really enjoyed those and our waiter was nice (the one who seated us not so much. We know it was busy, but don’t have to...be unfriendly). Go for the cocktails!More

If you want Mexican food, don’t come here as the truly revolting slop they offer bears no resemblance to Mexican cuisine. The nachos were served in a “bath” of some indescribable cheese (or cheese substitute), the burrito came in a very pedestrian stale cheap store...bought tortilla & the service was agonisingly slow. The chicken fajita when it came, was then promptly whisked away because the waiter had to “check it had been cooked properly” - he thought it looked raw……… So to recap-tasteless bland food, possible raw chicken, stale tortillas & slow service, pricey for what it was and as a final salute the waiter was “put out” he didn’t receive a tip! Do yourself a favour & just don’t eat here, it’s not a Mexican restaurant & that wasn’t Mexican food, save yourself time, money & your blood pressure & go eat anywhere else……..literally anywhere…..More

This was the final meal of our holiday in Vienna and it was quite terrible from start to finish. For a start we had to wait ages to be served and when our starter of nachos arrived, they were overloaded with so much cheese, that...we full up before we even received our mains. The waiter then brought us our mains and took it back to the kitchen without any explanation, which we thought was a bit strange. He eventually came back to tell us the chicken for our fajitas looked raw and didn’t want to serve it to us (thank god). When our food eventually arrived 15 mins later, we had a load of chicken, but only 3 tortillas between the 2 of us. When we asked if we could have a couple more, the waiter told us we could have a few and wouldn’t charge us for them because of the raw chicken fiasco. We were disgusted that we would have to pay for more tortillas when so few were provided to begin with. We didn’t really enjoy the main after being told about the raw chicken, everything being drenched in melted cheese and after all the waiting we were now in a rush to get to airport for our flight. Somehow after all these mishaps the waiter still expected to be tipped, which we refused to give. This restaurant was overpriced, with poor service and awful food. We wouldn’t come here again.More

The food was really good. That’s why I have it two stars. We had to wait 50 mins for chips and guac? Then more times for our mains. At the end. We got asked if we wanted to add a tip after waiting over an...hour for mains, no one checking on us, we said no. The man then added €10 euro tip at the end for himself. We only realised because when we were trying to tap our card, the price was higher than the bill. When we question him. He looked annoyed and fixed it. Be careful and check the bill if you’re paying by card because they add on money for themselves!More

Just eaten at Santos, wonderful welcome by the Boss, made us feel very welcome. Service with a smile, all the staff incredibly friendly.and the food was absolutely outstanding, best Mexican food I have eaten anywhere in the world.

My friend fancied Mexican food so we came here for an early dinner. The place is really trendy and inviting service was efficient. I online had a cappuccino and ut was good coffee my friend said her fajita hit the spot. So not too bad.

We went there because it looked really busy and nice from the outside, my tacos were really nice melt in you mouth and my cocktails were even better. But my partners enchiladas were not nice at all, full of rice and very stodgy and his...cocktails were pretty average.waiter was good at his job but you could tell they were trying to make you leave as quick as possible to get more people in. overall very average experience.More

Seduced by nice decor (and high notes on Tripadviser) I have been tricked by another poor quality food, pseudo-mexican restaurant without any spiceness or even taste. Truly terrible enchilada composed of tortilla soaked with a ketchup-like souce, overcooked rice and tasteless meat. And "chipotle burrito"...(or something like that) stuffed with huge, greasy pieces of meat but without any rice (it was on the plate, aside from the burrito) and any chipotle (it wasn't there at all).More

The food was so good and the service was excellent!! We ordered the three tacos and they were so tasteful! The atmosphere was so cozy and the drinks were very good!!
