we stumbeld across this restaurant. it's pretty cool inside and the menu is great (if you like meat). Service was a little brusque and inattentive, to be honest, but we just adjusted our tip accordingly. Steak was outstandingly well cooked and tasted great. Very tender....More

Overall, we had a great time, the restaurant itself is cosy and the member of staff has been extremely supportive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. In fact the food was very well prepared, but extremely tiny, large plates. It was...More

Dear personnel of Artner auf der Wieden, good service is not defined by artfully presented and highly overpriced plate, it's defined by your courtesy toward a customer. We're two families (4+3) visiting Vienna. Got recommendation for this restaurant at our hotel's front desk due to...More

Food was average, service was good. Dress light and expect to be uncomfortable hot. Basement offers relief from the heat if you have a seating option. If not try going outside to cool off before the meal.

We had a nice evening at Artner. Fantastic quality of meat, but all dishes we ate were too salty. Generous portions + a nice and very tasty free starter soup. We'd visit again but ask for less salt.

We had a lovely meal and the waiter who served us was friendly and kind, he also recommended us a wine which seems to come from their own vineyard and which was really good. After we asked for the bill and had paid our waiter,...More

The Artner auf der Wieden provides a great environment for a proper lunch with customers. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere, is rather quiet and the service is discreet enough to not interrupt conversations. They offer a business lunch changing daily very reasonably priced as...More

I believe the restaurant is open 11.30 - 13.30 Monday to Saturday, but I'm not sure about the menu at that time.
