Food was delectable and service was impeccable. Pricey dining experience, but that is expected at a venue like this. Worth a visit for an occasion or special night out.

My partner and I booked a table at ef16 for dinner on our last night in Vienna. It was one of the highlights of the trip. The restaurant is in an old vaulted building with gentle lighting and a lovely atmosphere. The English speaking staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was impeccable. My partner had seared tuna with... More

We visited in March, The place is small so you better make a reservation. This is a must in Vienna, Great food at reasonable prices. The attention was impeccable. Our favorite was the octopus.

I looked at this restaurant on trip advisor and was so glad i booked ahead. Important to make sure you know where it is as this really is a gem that is hidden but should not be missed. Booked it for my wife's birthday and what an amazing evening we had with friends. Made for a truly special evening can't... More

My husband and I spent a few very enjoyable days in Vienna and Bratislava. We spent our final evening having dinner in this amazing restaurant. I had fillet steak with a chocolate and chilli sauce which was superb. My husband had the sea bass which was cooked to perfection. Waiter very helpful with wine selection and this was not as... A really nice atmosphere and an adequate range of dishes to chose from. The Wiener Schnitzel are really good. The waiters are really friendly. The location is great too. Not far from the shopping street and the old town of Vienna.

This restaurant is worth hunting out in its quiet location in a small alley. Probably best to book as we were unable to get a table on the Saturday night but they managed to fit us in the following night. Service, food and wine all excellent. Great atmosphere and setting.

I found this restaurant on TripAdvisor as I was visiting Vienna. I booked a table and was so glad that I had as it's a very popular restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and excellent staff, the menu isn't huge, which I think is good as you know the food is freshly prepared, but plenty of choice. We started with pumpkin soup, my... More

I had the liver, which was wonderful. It was so tender. The wait staff are friendly and the wine selection is large. You may wish to reserve a table since it is a busy restaurant. Overall, it is worth the visit. Good food for a good price.
