A splendid relaxed bar ideal for couples and small groups. Classical music is the Central theme. With concerts streamed on the big screen. Wide range of drinks, and home cooked food available. Highly recommended. It became our favourite bar!

We were recommended this restaurant by a former resident of Vienna. The website said dogs were welcome, and since most of the other guests brought their dogs, I suspect mostly local customers. Good food at fair prices and lovely classical music i the background. Do...More

I have never eaten here, but I love the bar! It is really relaxed and friendly, and they have classical music blazing from the loud speakers. Well worth a visit for some wine or beer.

In a renovated basement of one of the most charming and interesting spots in Vienna is Santo Spirito. The name comes, as they say, from the Gloria of the B Minor Mass by Johann Sebastian Bach, which begins with: "Et cum sancto spirito ..." Together...More

We visited Santo Spirito twice during our 5 night stay and would highly recommend this small Italian and Austrian menu based gay friendly restaurant (spot the rainbow flag outside) down a small street near the Cathedral. It was non smoking throughout which is rare in...More
